Cons: "The rebalance was worst I've ever encountered I was actually scared I prayed many times 4 yo get home safely I was not impressed with my last flight n also why were We delayed coming from manila we turn back many times n I had only 50 mins to catch my flight to Perth if we had landed wen we should hv I'd hv time to buy some gifts I'm.glad that Philippines airlines will fly direct yo manila from Perth come March n I'll use them from now on as it's a few times in the years gone that things has happened to me I forgave ur airline but now i not need to as hv other airline to fly n my darling come here 3 or 4 times each year but will use Philippines airlines URS sincerely Trevor frahm"
Cons: "A comfort kit on a ultra long haul flight goes a long way"
Pros: "Plane was super clean and comfortable. A long flight but we'll cared for by host."
Pros: "I always like Singapore Airlines. They should continue to be the best."
Cons: "Some flexibility to select food choices even if we book the flight in short notice."
Pros: "Crew was attentive and made extra effort to meet special requests from passengers."
Pros: "The crew was really nice. The plane was clean and comfortable."
Pros: "Always love the SIA business product on long haul."
Cons: "This trip had a lot of minor service and cleanliness misses. But they are quibbles in the scheme of the overall great product."
Pros: "crew handled the tough crowd well, but were not extremely hospitable"
Cons: "food was disgusting"
Pros: "Ok boarding, plane was new, entertainment system was up to date"
Cons: "Premium economy service is even worse than economy as crew is never around and busy in economy. Seats are bigger but not really comfortable. Food is same as economy. Doesn't worth it to buy premium economy."

For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.

Cleanliness os Seats and surrounding areas. On time Departure and Arrival. No1 Budget Airline in India

Bag check is not as smooth as can be at CST Terminal 2. Passengers are advised to print out and attach boarding passes at home in a bid to avoid crowding at self-service kiosks given the Covid-19 public health crisis. However attendants then say tags need to be re-printed at the counter as the ones provided by the airline at the airport are more secure. While the check-in process is aided by the helpful staff, Indigo Airlines could do a better job of providing more self-service kiosks and clearer guidance during the online purchase process. Suggest calling ahead to confirm situation on the ground.

Cons: "In Kiwi i couldnt add extra baggage weight. I had to pay extra in the baggage drop in"
Pros: "Basically nothing"
Cons: "They should do announcements properly, and the crew attitude is awful."
Cons: "Extremely bumpy take off and landing. The pilot could do better."
Cons: "The website does not describe baggage allowance clearly as compared to other airlines. It lists “excess baggage weight” but not the 15kg limit. The choice of 15kg as the limit is a BIG problem for international travelers who may be coming for longer stays. Air India has a much friendlier policy for checked and carryon baggage and I would choose it by far. We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down."
Cons: "Denied boarding. Needed to make it to another flight in Mumbai airport. Need a visa just for transit to my next flight. Disrupted all my travel plans. Had to buy new tickets. Would like a full refund."
Pros: "Cleanliness, quality of service and the attitude of cabin staff."
Cons: "Delays to be avoided, Gate changes to be avoided, Boarding process was not properly streamlined."
Pros: "We arrived"
Cons: "The flight was an hour late on departure pushing the international flight timeline a bit too narrow."

The flight is awful, food isn’t very tasty or good, entertainment sucks

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Please serve food hot. And tell sir hostess to smile. And worst flight. They I Only served one meal for 8 hour flight"
Pros: "The staff was really nice when I asked for the green tea they make sure you get it"
Pros: "First time on Malaysian. At least we didn’t disappear. All was okay except for the meal on the flight to Saigon. I’m not one to complain about airline food but the “meal” served was execrable, possibly the worst in 65 years of flying. And no alcohol on an international flight was niggardly in my estimation.. The flight from Penang to KL they had the cheek to serve a tiny cup of fake orange juice. I will avoid Malaysian in the future."
Cons: "Please see what above."
Pros: "The crew was very attentive. The pilot landed the plane smoothly. Although had a delayed departure from KUL, we arrived in Sydney earlier than expected."
Pros: "Boarding was easy even though it started late, it was organized. Once I got on the plane I wasn't waiting a long time to get to my seat because they seated the people sitting in the back of the plane first. There is a huge selection of movies, tv shows, and music."
Cons: "They have 2 food options and they're just ok. There wasn't very many drink options either."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Everything. Bad business class food. Old movies. No inflight service."
Cons: "Creaky seats in business class, below average selection of inflight movies and food that was substandard. This was a very oddly configured A330 with the seats in business way too close to each other. Every time they make an announcement you have to deselect whatever you were watching again."
Cons: "The KUL to DPS leg was on one of the oldest planes I’ve flown. A 737 with no seat back screens. They handed out 2 inch thick “tablets” in Business class, with no touch screen and only a handful of 10 year old movies."
Pros: "Everything was smooth. MAS staff attitude has changed to the better tremendously. Friendly staff, orderly boarding, pilot announcements were clear with good command of English."
Cons: "BKK to KL flight food needs some improvement. Presentation and taste. I had the fried fish with rice. But it was really tasteless."

Chaotic/Crowded check in. Delayed departure from LHR, resulting in a very delayed Dinner service. Since takeover by the TATAs, Air-India has become Uber commercial and not in a good way, but more like Ryanair. Most seats are now sold and at too high prices (£24 add on for a single windows seat). The promised transformation into a better (clean), efficient and professional airline is nowhere in sight ☹️ Thanks

More carding and oorofessionsl crew needed and have good tvs

Aircraft was upholstered recently and looked new. Entertainment monitor was not working for my seat and could not watch anything.Crew could have collected trash more often. They were reluctant to collect trash.

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "old aircraft. entertainment system was old. Couldn't charge my phone. flight attendants weren't responsive to my call."
Pros: "Crew was very polite."
Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable. PA system was inaudible. Plane smelled unpleasant. Waited on the tarmac for 45. Waited for checked bag for 45 minutes."
Cons: "There were no fans or AC running before takeoff and we had to sit in a hot plane for an hour. My seat wouldn't stay reclined. My child's entertainment system froze early on and no one fixed it. One of the toilet seats was broken. Airport checkin lines were very poorly managed."
Pros: "The food coming from India was a notch above the food going there, perhaps because one is prepared in India where it is more economical to supply. I would definitely take the airline again, because of the value/price."
Cons: "The restrooms need more attention and the entertainment system has some glitches."
Pros: "Flight itself was okay."
Cons: "Flight was an hour late for a 1 hour 40 minute flight. Airport checkin was chaotic. Security was mislabeled leading to having to stand on multiple lines. Gate information was not available."
Cons: "The screen on my seat was inoperable so I could not avail of the entertainment"
Pros: "Food and service aboard was good."
Cons: "The flight was stinking badly with smell from the toilets. I got my seat changed, but still the thought of eating in such environment bothers me."

Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!

Airplane broke down on the runway and we sat on the runway for 4 hours.

Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time

Everything seems good so far, only thing is delay...2nd time flying with vietjet and 2nd time got delay :(

The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc

No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.

Cons: "We left 1. 5 hours late! The only food on the plane was prepackaged chemical foods and the only vegan option was a porridge they pour water over ($2)."
Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "Get more Customer Services training for the better and for the next level of international services provider...."
Cons: "Avoid at all costs. Delayed both ways. On the way out of Danang they would not even tell us what time the flight would be departing despite numerous passengers asking. On the flight, a crew member stepped on my foot with her heel. My foot was NOT in the aisle, she has stepped in to get past a colleague. She didn’t even stop to apologize. Her colleague apologized and said I’ll get you a glass of water. She returned after a good 30 minutes with a paper cup of water. There was no enquiring how I was or if I needed anything. Will NEVER fly them again!"
Pros: "Vietjet’s staff are always attractive, smiling, and friendly. I like the double embarking and disembarking process."
Cons: "I hate Vietjet’s restrictive luggage policies. I had to repack everything at the ticket counter to match the 7 kilo restriction and one carryon limit. On every other airline the way I pack is acceptable. Then I was given a window seat with no window. It was in the exit row. Terrible!"
