Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

It was on time! First time in a long time for Air Asia. Thank you!

Nightmare at check in because of restrictibe and unmanageable baggage rules. Very long line and slow because of these policies. Not a smart way to make $

Very few crew meant that we had to wait almost 2 hours just the get a drink!

We had a 3 hrs delay and they offer McDonalds pineapple pay. They charged us for extra grs of luggage and the experience was not good

No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.
