Pros: "I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as passport security had reported that I was intoxicated. I was badly injured in the armed forces and have lost my hearing which affects my balance. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy as s personal trainer. But was given seat E. Next to a huge obese guy. He slept whole journey, must of had nightmares and jumped and banged me repeatadly. I had the first meal, which was not great but edible. I couldn't eat it properly as I couldn't move my left arm due to the blob Sat next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at the meal times so I could get more food. She didn't. Not once. I couldn't even get out the seat to go toilet or get any of the help yourself stuff outside the toilets due to the fat blob I was put next too. Totally disgusted with the whole flight and crew when everytime I've used the same company before it was excellent."

i bought a biz class fare but a few days before vistara always changes my biz class flight to economy .. happened to me 4 times .. seated could be wider .. boarding could be more organized .. crew did their best but not enough resources all in all very poor experience
Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.
Comfortable seats, service, food and responses of crews member was polite and way they were talking with customer was very professional.
They need to be more accommodative when folks have a connecting flight and that too under the same ownership.
I have been taken about 500 flights over the last 22 years or so and I would say that in terms of cleanliness and interior maintenance this particular plane was by far the poorest one I had. The upholstery and carpet was downright dirty and poor. Practically every single video system was nonfunctional. Practically every single food tray was bent and could not hold the food tray. On and on. Its a joke to even be asking feedback. Air Indi needs to be embarrassed to be putting out this level of service.
Flight was delayed in total one and half hours that was typical old Air India .. So avoid new Airindia with same old reputation. Make sure flights are in time .
plane is clean and well taken care of cabin crew
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!
Poor signage, hard to find boarding gate, food was disgusting, very short connection and long transit times going from plane to connecting flight, both ways , will try to avoid flying Lufthansa trough Frankfurt.
Flight was canceled and I was given a flight to Newark which presented a 14 hour layover and an extra night away from home. Totally unhappy.
In economy seating, if the person in front of you puts their seat back preventing you from reaching the floor to pick up something you dropped, aren't the airlines squeezing these seats a little too close together?
Both flights were on time. Great selection of movies on board. My luggage didn't get lost, which made my trip very easy.

Omar airways mishandled my baggage, it took me 2 weeks to get my baggage back. It's been delivered to someone else.

Cons: "The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight"

Pros: "Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing."

Cons: "At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again."

Not sure what could be made better. Everything including plane interior, seats, food table, entertainment screens, audio, food was worst possible.
The food was horrible. The Entertainment system was always showing "ERROR: Press Home Button". When I went to the toilet, it didn't have tissue paper. Even after pressing "Call Attendent staff" 10 to 15 times (may be more!), no one turned up. Finally I had to come out of the toilet and caught hold of a air hostess. The food tray holder was slightly tilted which resulted the tray to fall to my lap!!!!
Cons: "The online check in wasn’t working and so the only seats available were the worst. I was told by staff that the website is often not working so you have to keep trying over and over. This is very time consuming and inconvenient. I was directed to the general boarding queue despite having a business class ticket. Food service was only after takeoff then there were no snacks available for about eight hours. Some of the televisions were not working. There was a drip from the air conditioner in the adjacent seat. Cabin crew did not respond to calls sometimes. The seat was uneven when reclining."
