After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. "Boarding was NOT good enough. Our cabin luggage was pushed back to check-in in the pretext of packed flight. But eventually there were empty seats on the flight. Also, we booked seats on exit rows... But seems something got changed and we got same seats alright, but they were no longer on exit row (& that was empty eventually). Flight claimed to have a travel time of 1 hour 50 minutes, but it took around 2:20 minutes (seems Indigo has a different clock). 😂"

Pros: "The flight was for only one hour and it went by pretty quickly. The flight was clean and the crew was friendly as well. The prices were a little high but they were offering international baggage allowance so it was worth it."
Cons: "The initial boarding was a little delayed and we weren't informed that it was going to be that way. Ended up standing in the tunnel to the plane for 15 mins. The leg space was relatively less, but for an hour, very manageable."

Cons: "The crew seems disinterested in serving the cabin. Other than the 3 planned meals they seemed genuinely irritated or uninterested in serving anything else or making themselves available. The food options on such a long non-stop were woefully inadequate and the food served was sub par."

Then they virtually dragged to Delhi flight as it was already to take off Lo behold my seat was between two heavy set peple I had to squeeze and stay squeezed for about 4 hours till i reached Delhi , By the time I reached Delhi I was a nervous wreck, Flight from Delhi to JFK was a tad better and the in flight service crew were very good."

Additionally the Bhubaneswar to Delhi flight was suddenly rerouted to Varanasi and then to delhi which arrived Delhi very late and everyone had to run to catch the next flight. No announcements were made until everyone had boarded the flight from BBI."

Cons: "Made to wait 30 mins in line past boarding announcement "for some VIP"; classic Indian style. Flight was subsequently late over 30 minutes. Sandwich was stale, wrapped in kitchen wrap. Would rather not have them even serve sandwiches."

Pros: "Email messages ahead of time about flight delays. I got email messages telling about flight delays, but the estimation of the delay was not accurate. Hence had to wait for long hours at the airport."
Cons: "The ground staff at Hyderabad and Mumbai were pretty much absent, until about one hour before the flight left. It would have been great if AirIndia staff was available on the ground at the gate/terminal to advice people who did not have access to email/text messages. There was not even a single announcement about the flight being late and an ETD. A few announcements would have calmed a lot of passengers."

They didn't let us know that it was late until we realized we weren't boarding, they didn't offer us anything while we were waiting at the airport for 4 hours, and personally I was so tired because I had to wake up at 3 am to get there by 4:30 and take the 6:50 am plane. If they had sent an email earlier people could have spent the night sleeping instead."

Cons: "This was a 16 hour flight with no in-flight entertainment! The least you all could have done is provide passengers with a wifi password. Extremely disappointed."
