Cons: Staff was rude. On asking why the flight was delayed, she replied back very badly that it’s the ATC’s fault. The tone was so bad. I felt like lodging official complaint. She misbehaved with another passenger and when he asked about complaint box she said go on site and report us. She hardly cared what we would do. I guess their must be rules to make sure staff does not misbehave with passengers.

Pros: Upgraded to Spice max. So front row seats, priority check in, fast track luggage and preboked meals.

Cons: They only had 2 options for meals on board. And both were bad. With 20 options in their menu, they had kept only 2 options and both were bad. Those too were only snack items.

Cons: 45 minutes in the checking queue. And long queue at the boarding gates. Please get your act together. All it takes is a little forethought and efficiency — not many people looking busy and doing the same thing.

Worse part during flight I feel cold & asked for a blanket. We reached destination No blanket ever!! Not recommended. First & last!!!
