Pros: "My flight status from Cochin to Mumbai was being flexed around but was assured that I will get my connection at Mumbai ,Having to wait in COK for long time I requested a to give me a lounge facility and was refused so had spend nad took lounge around 7.30pm BUT AS i WAS SETTLING DOWN AROUND 8.OOpm CAME AND TOLD THAT i WILL NOT GET MY CONNECTION AS STATUS WAS PUT AS INDEFINITE DELAY AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE ANOTHER FLIGHT TO CONNECT ai jfk FKLIGHT WHIC IS ABOUT 100 MILES AWAY FROM MY DESTINATION AND i DEMANDED TRANSPORTATION AND THEY AGREED BUT BY THE TIME THEY CAME BACK WITH NEW BORDING CARD i WAS DRAGGED TO SECURITY FOR ANOTHER CHECK AS MY BOARDING CArd is changed. Then they virtually dragged to Delhi flight as it was already to take off Lo behold my seat was between two heavy set peple I had to squeeze and stay squeezed for about 4 hours till i reached Delhi , By the time I reached Delhi I was a nervous wreck, Flight from Delhi to JFK was a tad better and the in flight service crew were very good."
Cons: "Except the flight service crew and food on delhi -JFK sector all were bad . In the nake of entertainment they had movies and 90% of it was not full movies .their remote were not working and had fight to coax the touch screen to work Over all I would give them 1 that because of food and servbice crew ."

Cons: "The absolute worst was when an air India staffer refused to let me board my flight to mumbai from Delhi because the boarding pass got ripped. Well, I had a 15 hour flight from Chicago before and was super tired. During my transit,I think it just got peeled off, not my fault or carelessness. Anyways, he didn’t care because they had let a few people in before me with peeled off passes, and I needed to be used to set an example. So, my punishment for losing part of my pass was that I couldn’t board. Nor did he smile, or help me. Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Thank god I eventually found it, and was allowed to board. In addition, entertainment didn’t work."

Cons: "Cabin crew was mediocre at best. Their attentiveness was lacking at the finest of moments. The food options were unappealing and lacked in variety. I was unsure if there was a difference between a breakfast meal and a dinner meal. The cabin crew also did not have enough meat options for all the passengers and did not provide anything as much as an apology for such. The worst part of the journey were the other passengers and their lack of consideration for those around them. If the cabin crew were more attentive and informed passengers to return to their seats and keep the aisles clear there potentially would have been less of an issue."

Cons: "The flight was three hours and a half late, and there was given no explanation. They didn't let us know that it was late until we realized we weren't boarding, they didn't offer us anything while we were waiting at the airport for 4 hours, and personally I was so tired because I had to wake up at 3 am to get there by 4:30 and take the 6:50 am plane. If they had sent an email earlier people could have spent the night sleeping instead."
