There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.

Thai Smile must be the only airline in the world that still doesn’t allow mobiles and iPads to be used during taxi, takeoff and landing. No inflight service due to COVID but a little snack and water handed out as we left the plane. I also like the deplaning by row, I wish more airlines did this

After we went through the security check, we brought the liquid products back to the boarding pass counter, our baggage had already been sent to downstream. But the staffs was very helpful, they provided a box, packed the liquid products for us and checked it in as the second luggage. This solved our headache and it was a huge deal for us, making us smile. Thanks to your crew/staffs again."

That's fine, but none has a label on it as to who should be at which. NonIndians should go to the extreme left one. Then they have one xray machine that all arrivals have to put their carry-ons through while the previous flight is trying to put all their heavy luggage (they are most likely all male workers coming from the Gulf). Then there is a small, rickety belt with everyone crowded around for the luggage. Well, there are two belts, but only one is functional. And to top it off, most of the luggage carts have at least one broken wheel! Amazing and embarrassing when arriving from any terminal almost anywhere! Lucknow, you have a lovely domestic terminal, wake up and build an international one! Shurum ki bat ha!"

No resolution no compromise NO SMILE! Above average airline price with terrible service, expect this to happen to you too."

UK 708 was an Airbus 320 Neo, one of the least comfortable planes. This was premium economy and the seats weren't really comfortable - but I always travel with a pillow to make up for that. The seat in Row 3 had plenty of leg space as it's behind business class. The food looked sad, and tasted as such too. I miss the old Jet Airways days. Four people at the Boarding were an overkill considering the fact that they didn't really follow sequential boarding. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes while taking off, but landed 5 minutes after original ETA.
It has been an excellent experience travelling with Vistara. Keep it up!!! You will have great times ahead.

Vistara had wrong information about the required pcr test I needed to transit Dubai. This cost me much stress and $40. Other than that, great experience on both airlines.

The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.

Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Cons: "In the Delhi airport we never interacted with anyone from Sri Lankan Airlines because a third party was contracted to work the counters, check us in, issue boarding passes, etc... These workers were all maybe 20 years old and possessed what seemed like zero training to do their job at all. They never had any answers and just smiled while saying “I don’t know” a million times. We were corralled and moved and waited hours while they ran around doing nothing."

Pros: "The cabin crew were friendly and attentive, I was quite impressed with the food, and they served a good white wine. I was happy to find an excellent choice of movies, tv shows and music with a simple, intuitive system for playing them."
Cons: "There were problems in the bathroom. All the paper towels were in a heap on the floor, and the sink was blocked. I told the stewardess, and she just shrugged. Obviously there are no bathroom checks on Srilankan Airlines and I don’t think that’s good enough."

Cons: "Our bags got lost on arriving flight and in this day of advanced technology and airport security, no one could even tell “where” our two pieces of luggage was located for 4 days. Needless to say our one time trip to Sri Lanka didn’t happen the way we planned."

Cons: "A bit disorganised in Colombo, but all in all informations were gathered. The airline desk a bit unhelpful in not wanting to contact by phone the main airline desk for a question which forced me to walk all the way back, But no huge deal."

Cons: "I had excess luggage and I knew I had to pay for it, I was fine with the fee they quoted. I gave them my American Express card and they did not have the facility to charge that card, how do they not have the ability to use s major credit card at the Bangalore international airport??????? They gave me such a hard time I thought they were going to kick me off the plane just because they had short coming. I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. Cons: "We made it through the mad house of security only to find our gate wasn't open and were escorted back out Then had to go through security again when the gate was open. It's not like we lied and the boarding pass we were showing clearly said the flight we were going on. No lines just a uncontrolled mob of people going through security."

Pros: "Staff kept us informed and it almost boarded at the expected reschedule time. I did not go to the lounge at first, the monitor was flashing "last call" 3+ hour before we finally boarded. SriLankan staff sent me to the lounge and treated me very well. The 2nd leg was badly delayed and poorly handled for most passengers."
Cons: "Fortunately I was in Business Class. Coach was loaded onto a bus and held without air conditioning for about 30 minutes. The bus went to the plane and returned because they were not ready to board yet. Poor coach treatment of passengers."
