Plane was new, but somehow the seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The earphones were of very cheap variety and kept falling off. The variety of the entertainment was bad. Only a few good movies or shows were available. The check in took a long time even though we were in the priority queue. Boarding was even worse. The agents were very busy talking among themselves and not too bothered about the travelers. I will prefer an indirect flight of another airline like Qatar, or Cathay next time
The best airline. Airlines food is infamous for its bad quality, but Vistara’s food was great.

Even though it was wireless entertainment system the network speed was so slow.
The Vistara World entertainment system wasn’t working although they announced it is available on this flight. Rest everything was awesome

Wait too long to check in bags
Vistara had wrong information about the required pcr test I needed to transit Dubai. This cost me much stress and $40. Other than that, great experience on both airlines.
On landing, we had to wait for the bus while most of the aerobridges were empty. Bad experience

Had purchased premium ticket with priority boarding (so, boarding was smooth), luggage came out faster, but food was a disaster. I categorically selected/pre-booked NON-VEG meal, but on flight I was handed over "Veg Meal". Duh!

Definitely we will NEVER fly with indigo again!!!"

They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

Over all everything is fine except food provided by Air India. The quality of food all meals very spicy you can say not delicious. I find majority of the people left over the plate. I suggest please charge extra money if company can’t afford provide good quality of food and water and also drinks.

This was not true of my connecting Bangkok to Macau flight. My advice, stick to full service airlines like Air India as you spend less in the long run. Those budget carriers should be called "bait and switch" carriers as they bait you with low initial fares but then add on until the costs are almost twice what was advertized!"

After arriving at the Delhi airport, I realized that my and my daughter's seats were not together. Seriously??Do I need to request for adjacent seats when travelling with a 4 years old? Isn't that obvious? May be not, for Air India employees... With her + Cabin luggage, they made me walk from international to domestic terminal to get our seat issue sorted. After I lost my patience and temper, I finally got seats together otherwise I was told - Sorry! Flight is full, so we can't do anything. Nothing unusual, Pathetic experience as always. I know I am wasting my time even by writing this review but I have to. Civic sense, customer service and humanity is what we Indian lack badly, so don't have much expectations anyways."

Will be fighting for every penny owed to me and everyone who helped me get home."
