Cons: The pilot were absolutely amateurs ! Altitude descend felt more like a nose dive ! Approach to mumbai airport was so rough and that we thought our lives were at stake !

Cons: Creaky seats in business class, below average selection of inflight movies and food that was substandard. This was a very oddly configured A330 with the seats in business way too close to each other. Every time they make an announcement you have to deselect whatever you were watching again.

Cons: When you people send a copy of the E Ticket you place a picture of a fake credit card at the bottom of the page. There were three of us travelling independantly through India and each time we presented the appropiate copy of the E -Ticket they wanted to see the credit card pictured on the ticket. Of course this was impossible because you guys made it up for some unknown reason. If you ever want us to use your service in future you're going to have to stop doing this practice.

Pros: Crew is amazing with a smile always. It was a new aircraft with nice screens and a good variety of movie selections. Service was excellent as well as the food.

Cons: I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka.

Pros: Well managed. The crew always had a smile on them and seems to be very helpful.

Cons: The crew was requesting to use the toilets at the rear of the plane whereas the one on the front were used by them. That’s totally unfair as there are more passengers than the crew and customer being the passengers should be given more access. The Indigo management should make sure this issue is being taken care of.

Cons: 45 minutes in the checking queue. And long queue at the boarding gates. Please get your act together. All it takes is a little forethought and efficiency — not many people looking busy and doing the same thing.

Cons: Airline doesn't provide inflight meals moreover they do not accept Indian currency, the currency half the country from which they are operating. They were accepting credit card to be charged in US dollar or cash in Qatar Riyal for the food amount. I offered to pay through credit card but two cards has failed while third was accepted. There were many passengers who were not carrying case in Qatar Riyal and their cards work not successfully swipe,therefore they remained hungry. This is in human and no airline on international route is allowed to do so

Cons: The seats weren’t very comfortable but overall the plane was very clean and again the service was impeccable.

Pros: Flight attendant were amazing. My wife was not well and we ask for blanket. Cabin crew provided us with one.

Cons: In flight food selection should have some variety for three hours flight. Should significantly improve Sri Lanka Lounge as the place was not the neat and clean, as it was run by one staff alone. Food in the lounge were sitting for hours and not freshly made.

Cons: Before engines shut down and fasten seat belt sign off people were removing bags from the overhead. Passengers were not required/forced to stow bags overhead, blocking egress from window seats.

Cons: We were running late for the flight due to long lines at immigration which was not Air Asia’s fault, but when we finally made it to the check-in counters we were misdirected several times and given conflicting information. On top of that after we finally checked in we had to go another counter to pay the baggage fee and we’re misdirected there too. After wasting 25 minutes we made the flight, but only because it was 30 minutes late.

Pros: FOLKS PURCHASE EXCESS BAGGAGE WITH EXCESS WEIGHT ONLINE WHILE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE, THEY WARN YOU TOO AS YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS...other than that everything was so quick it didn't feel like the flight ever happened seriously

Cons: Other than my baggage costing almost as much as my flight (which was inexpensive to begin with) what i didn't like has nothing to do with airport, airline or the country because there are always a few obnoxious tourists whom just seem not to know how to behave...

Pros: The cabin crew were friendly and attentive, I was quite impressed with the food, and they served a good white wine. I was happy to find an excellent choice of movies, tv shows and music with a simple, intuitive system for playing them.

Cons: There were problems in the bathroom. All the paper towels were in a heap on the floor, and the sink was blocked. I told the stewardess, and she just shrugged. Obviously there are no bathroom checks on Srilankan Airlines and I don’t think that’s good enough.
