Emirates need to improve the boarding process. There is no point calling for all First and Business Class passengers plus Platinum, Gold and Silver Skywards members at one time. Further to this, try channeling all these people into one entry point with no defined lines. It was chaos. The is a common issue on the Dubai to Riyadh flight. Poor effort Emirates.

Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.
On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.
We had to deboard using stairs. Why didnt you have the aero-bridge?
All reviews good because...flight from BWI to London ,economy seats was miserable. I usually book 1,step up from economy but this would have added 1500 bucks 1 way. Bit the bullet and upgraded for retun flight, otherwise all ratings would have been rock bottom.

It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.
Wish that everyone would board the back of the plane first. Also let kids on first. The gate wasn’t open at arrival and we waited 45 minutes to takeoff. They made up for time in the air.
This was an absolutely exceptional flight. The flight attendants were extremely attentive and very friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to make us comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed., We were in business and were very happy with the size and the details for our pods. We would definitely recommend Finnair and will definitely be flying with them again.

Crew very lovely. Arrived an hour late due to bad weather. We were given new tickets to an other flight but it could have been organised better, so we did not have to run through the whole airport to.
Flight delayed over an hour. They said they would hold our connection but then did not.
Major problems checking in at Alaska counter. They could not find our booking code because it came from Finnair.
Do not use KAYAK or Finair for future travel. Unless you purchase the tickets directly from the airline, you were going to have a difficult time checking in. Kayak canceled my flights twice and ended up causing great difficulty in me getting back from Europe because they double sold my tickets between American Airlines and Finair. The event caused significant delays and led to me having to rebook my flights.
We booked a business class ticket via Underpricer. Somehow they screwed up our ticket from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad. We will be hesitant to book again with them.

Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.

After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. My flight was canceled 1 minute before boarding. The customer service was owful, no one could tell us what was going happened. I spent 30hrs instead of 15 from Washington DC to Brussels. No apologie or help

The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
