They gave me such a hard time I thought they were going to kick me off the plane just because they had short coming. I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. Cons: "The website does not describe baggage allowance clearly as compared to other airlines. It lists “excess baggage weight” but not the 15kg limit. The choice of 15kg as the limit is a BIG problem for international travelers who may be coming for longer stays. After having paid an extra 3000 rps which was almost like buying another flight ticket to new Delhi for just a 35 min flight, our flight was 1 hour delayed!! Definitely we will NEVER fly with indigo again!!!"

Pros: "Only Allows just 15kg check-in bag will not work if traveling internationally as then the charge huge fees if over 15kg. My bag was 24kg and cost me an additional 3000 rupees. I have not given the option to check in online ."

Pros: "It was an instrument of torture with so little leg room, I thought it was a joke at first. This, like other scummy budget airlines ram as many rows of seats in as possible, to make more more money. Pure greed scumbags; another airline on the no fly list for me."
Cons: "STOP RAMMING THE AIRCRAFT WITH AS MANY ROWS AS POSSIBLE. It’s torture for anyone without midget legs. DO NOT fly with SpiceJet if you have the nerve to have been born tall. It should be illegal"

She misbehaved with another passenger and when he asked about complaint box she said go on site and report us. She hardly cared what we would do. I guess their must be rules to make sure staff does not misbehave with passengers."

We had to hire a cab from Jaisalmer to Dekhi. A 17 hours drive. No compensation from spicejet. Never bank on Spicejet."

So I again logged in with KIWI.com and added one checked bags for equivalent of Rupees 400 for the flight. When I was checking in for the flight that, the agent told me that they have no record of my paying the baggage fee, I showed him the receipt that showed the inclusion of check baggage. He was rude, refused to call the manager and I had to pay another 400 rupees in cash. I want KIWI or you to refund my baggage fee paid by my credit card or I will take up the case with my credit card company, I will not recommend any one to do business with both KIWI.com and Spicejet.."

This caused terrible chaos and they did not seem to understand when I tried to explain that going from Bangalore to vasco de gama was domestic. Other than that a pleasant journey."

Cons: "The luggage check in process was a mess. We were directed to a particular line to complete the check in. As we were standing in the line, 4 out 6 agents closed down and went elsewhere, leaving everyone in the line to check in with remaining 2 agents there. An old couple were there as well, who moved from one counter to the next, to the next, and they were then told to come back in the line! Two of us were traveling together, and presented our tickets together, but we were given seats far away. I requested them for adjacent seats and they said that none were available. I insisted and stayed at the counter, and immediately, the agent found 2 adjacent seats, going on to show that she did not even look for it the first time. The seats have poor cushion. I needed to use multiple pillows to provide cushion for sitting and for back support. The food was average. For some reason, they make the curry extremely spicy, as a result of which many of the passengers find it difficult to eat. The inconsistency of the entertainment unit in AI flights is well known. In many flights, in many rows, it does not work, immaterial of the number of times they reset it. Fortunately for us, this time, the unit was working fine in both our seats. That was not the case during our to-journey."

Pros: "Since my lasr travel inn Air India 6-7 years ago, it has improved a lot. I travelled from chicago to Delhi (non-stop) in May 2017 with my family. Flight is on time. Crew is younger and energetic unlike my last trip. Food is fine. Toilets are clean. Couple of times, They were asking to provide feedback by filling some form which tells me they are genuinely trying to listen and improve further."
