Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)
Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!
I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.
Just fly from point a to b. rest holds zero stars. And with zero competition, what do you expcect
Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.
Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.
Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!
Cancelled flight probably not enough seats were filled. Mess up with luggage and it took 1.5 hrs to start dispersal on belt
On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat
There’s no comparison for new avatar of air India. Long live Air India. Amazing hospitality and ultra soft polite charming crew
Mumbai to New York was not comfortable as I was given different sits in hat what I paid for

Good experience, comfortable seats. Entertainment did not work but vista wifi and entertainment worked great.
The flight was delayed for 2 reasons. 1) Weather - due to which it incoming aircraft was diverted to Ahmdabad. 2) technical issue which took 5 hrs to solve at Ahmedabad. The flight which was to leave by 6pm left at 12:10am the next day. They could have handled the situation in a better way. They waited for Airbus engineer to come and solve. They didn’t simultaneously call for another aircraft so passengers could travel through their connecting flights as scheduled. It was a very poor way from Air India.
Need to update the staff of the airport. They tell luggage weight according to they want.
Flight got canceled, didn’t help much to reschedule flights, rescheduled flights took more that 40 hours for me to reach back home, with lots of layover and didn’t provided lounge even they told to do so. TV in airline was not working either.
Seats and trays broken , none of tvs working in flight, food and service poor , crews had attitude not friendly , my son business class seat got stuck they have to reset, how they got clearance to fly this aircraft? Never again
Food is not good at all No service at all None of the buttons is working to call crew members No t v is working - already inform the crews members that t v is not working but no help at all
Staff was very unpleasant. Food repeats. Seats were very uncomfortable. Spacing was not enough for legs. TV was not working and after telling twice they said will come to see it later. No one responded. Charging plugs were broken. Our watch and other devices were out of battery. Washroom was so dirty. Water all over the place. No seat covers or soap.
