Pleasant business class flight experience with good onboarding experience. Flight service team was excellent with usual book-the-chef menu available

a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.

Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

Wish the underseat compartment don’t have a restriction, can fit a personal item such as backpack fully like most Boeing

Service was top notch and the attention to passengers is great. Takeoff and landing was on schedule. Food selection is good

Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.

Crew and service excellent. 2 hour delay for takeoff. SQ app showed flight on time.

The food wasn’t good at all. I skipped meals .

Food from Surabaya was below average but from Singapore is much better

Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal

Fast Pass but delay at Check-In Counter. Limited Counter when there are alot of ppls Check-In

We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.

The flight has been delayed for nearly an hour, yet neither the captain nor the chief steward made an effort to explain the reason for the delay or offer any apologies to the passengers.

We recently flew with AirAsia and encountered several issues. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, and both boarding and takeoff were postponed without any prior notification. Although we eventually realized there was a delay on our own, the crew did inform us afterward. To make up for lost time, the pilot took off at high speed, resulting in some turbulent moments that were quite scary. Despite these challenges, the cabin crew did an excellent job managing the situation and easing the inconvenience. Overall, while the delays and turbulence made for a stressful experience, I appreciated the crew’s efforts to keep us as comfortable as possible.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.

My flight boarding was interrupted as gate staff said I needed visa in advance for Vietnam....

Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.

As budget airline everything was good. Except that - boarding process can be more organised. Then if entertainment systems are not operational. Its better to keep them switch off.

Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!

Very nice and pleasant. Boarding was quick and the crew were responsive

Foreign nationals are not permitted to check in online in advance. We can only check in at the airport, so choice of seat was limited. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable location. I would expect a meal included in a flight of this duration. The food options to buy are very basic. IngiGo are a very good domestic carrier, but if they are serious about operating more international, longer haul flights, they need to improve this service to match every other airline I know.

IndiGo is low cost and therefore no frills, but is always a pleasant experience. No mood lighting and fancy features but clean aircraft, professional crew and absolute value for money.

Very hard seats. No food service, even though price is not competitive.

Very hard seats for long flights. No food even on International flight. Won't fly Indigo again if I can help it.

Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good. They should have at least one crew member who speaks the local language, for flights like these.

Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.

Not professional and didn’t know about double seat even when I paid for it and have a confirmation. Lack of comms between teams.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Very bad experience luggage never made to destination no help form airlines staff aircraft was old crappy forts staff service bad airlines staff

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

Food, choice of menu and quantity were poor. Crew services were even poorer, not attending call bittons

Undisputed leader in sky for Indians. Very good crew right from ground to mid sky. Very sumptuous meals twice

There’s no comparison for new avatar of air India. Long live Air India. Amazing hospitality and ultra soft polite charming crew

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.

We had extra baggage which is an ordinary event. The check-in counter experience for them to calculate the additional amount owed and collect payment was terrible - very manual, multiple counters to resolve, took more than 30 minutes

Worst staff from Vienna. one of the server was very rude and annoying as she thinks she owns the airlines

Overall it was good. But air planes should be upgraded.

Bad seats. Broken entertainment system. Charging port not working. Seats were broken worn out. Crew was amazing. They helped as much as they could.
