Cons: Did not receive timely information about the flight delay (if I'd I could cancelled, gotten a full refund and flown on another flight right there, but the information came too late, even though they had it in advance.) Did not receive information about complimentary snacks (had to find out for myself Don't travel with goair if you have time sensitive single day travel plans.

Pros: The only thing I like was the friendliness of the crew.

Cons: Starting at check in it was an absolute hassle and I cured many unforeseen costs. I was not able to book my golf clubs as travel equipment beforehand and was charged an exorbitant amount at the airport. I also had to pay for my carry on bag which was also unknown. And the plane was old.

Cons: The flight was already delayed by 2 hours than its scheduled time despite that there was an additional delay of 60 mins and the reasons provided by the ground staff were absurd, none of the Cabin crew members are courteous, they seem to be frowning or in a mourning as if lost some one

Cons: The flight was delayed by an hour and 10 mins and no announcements at Pune airport. Cabin crew seemed welcoming when entering the aircraft but was very crude in the way food was served and didn't really care. Just wanted to get it all over with and go home it seemed.

Pros: While waiting to board, they first informed me that I had been upgraded from Economy to Business. Then they changed their mind and said it would be Premium Economy. I still didn't mind. And then they say, what the heck, go enjoy yourself in Business. Now that is something I will appreciate for a long time. Happy Birthday Vistara!

Cons: They hanged me for 1 hour at checking counter because they need baggage info proof of my next connecting flight from DEL TO SFO. They should know that all flights from Del to sfo is with 2 pieces baggage.

Cons: Very dismal performance.Copilot was missing in the last minute. incorrect baggage weighing scales.had to pay extra. Plane delayed by 4 hours almost missed my international connection. Very very stressful and unprofessional expression especially. Absolutely would not recommend this airline.

Cons: Business class is an economy seat up front. Terrible condition of planes - in particular the rest room is filthy. Avoid!

Cons: - The flight onward to Ahmedabad went fine but the return flight got delayed by 2 hrs, one hour to get fly from Ahmedabad and another one to land as the Mumbai airport had heavy traffic so we kept flying for an additional hour waiting for an opportunity to land. Its effect was increased by the fact that it was late at night. In fact, we were using flight rather than train to save time and it ended up costing us 5 hours between waiting and flight. - There was no food available on the flight apart from food that one should buy at an extra cost.

Cons: When you order ticket through flightnetwork.com, apparently you pay to them, but they pay to the airline. In India, some airlines like Spicejet asks you if you actually carry the credit card by which it was paired to the airline. If not, the airline will make you pay the entire fare again. The flightnetwork gets refunded, and you will be paying for it twice!! Watch out!

Cons: The flight was delayed, the complementary cup of water they offered me tasted like it came out of a tap and did not in fact seem to be bottled water. Could be a coincidence but my wife and I both had gastrointestinal issues that same evening.

Pros: flight back was delayed 3 hours but they found us a seat on an earlier flight, thank goodness we were WAY early and that flight was delayed as well!

Cons: Staff was rude. On asking why the flight was delayed, she replied back very badly that it’s the ATC’s fault. The tone was so bad. I felt like lodging official complaint. She misbehaved with another passenger and when he asked about complaint box she said go on site and report us. She hardly cared what we would do. I guess their must be rules to make sure staff does not misbehave with passengers.

Once at the hotel you need scissors or a knife to open it, and guess what, because of security, your sharp objects are inside the luggage! I understand that it creates jobs, but frankly I cannot see the added value of this procedure in terms of security... On the light side, there is a very formal notice listing people excluded from security procedures, including the President, [...] former prime ministers and their spouses (!), and .... the Dalai Lama!

Cons: The online check in wasn’t working and so the only seats available were the worst. I was told by staff that the website is often not working so you have to keep trying over and over. This is very time consuming and inconvenient. I was directed to the general boarding queue despite having a business class ticket. Food service was only after takeoff then there were no snacks available for about eight hours. Some of the televisions were not working. There was a drip from the air conditioner in the adjacent seat. Cabin crew did not respond to calls sometimes. The seat was uneven when reclining.
