Cons: Delayed 40mins customers behave like they are on a public bus lots of pushing get impression it was first flight for many didn’t know they couldn’t stand when seat belt sign was on & applauded on landing. Check in was chaotic large family groups checking in so very slow & disorganised

Cons: Two members of our travelling group had challenges checking in which the staff seemed not able to address and didn't communicate well

Pros: The food quality and the inflight entertainment were better than most other commercial airlines. The free upgrade to premium economy due to availability was also welcome.

Cons: Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve.

Pros: All was okay and easy.

Cons: We were delayed by 30 mins. Crew was nice and accommodating but seemed a little lost or not sure how to prioritize and multi-task.

Cons: I was refused food as the stewardess did not have change for ₹500:- & cost of food was ₹200/- odd. Being diabetic I had to go without my insulin.. Luggage arrived quite late in Kolkata.

Pros: Punctual and safe flight. Regular service for a budget carrier.

Cons: This is not a good choice for international travelers. Spicejet is a low cost carrier with a 15kg baggage allowance. I guess most international tourists like me have more to carry. I had 23 kg and ended up paying almost twice the amount of the ticket price. So I think it is better to fly with regular carriers such as Air India.

Cons: No food, low leg space. Very long boarding (back seats first, inaudible announcement of which rows should go now, and still very long).

Pros: It was an instrument of torture with so little leg room, I thought it was a joke at first. This, like other scummy budget airlines ram as many rows of seats in as possible, to make more more money. Pure greed scumbags; another airline on the no fly list for me.

Cons: STOP RAMMING THE AIRCRAFT WITH AS MANY ROWS AS POSSIBLE. It’s torture for anyone without midget legs. DO NOT fly with SpiceJet if you have the nerve to have been born tall. It should be illegal

Cons: Separate counters for wheel chair passengers as well as bus transport. There were several unruly travellers and it is not fair that ground staff should have to remind passengers of protocol. Separate transport will help.

Cons: seats are VERY TIGHT AND EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Its basically a old crowded bus in a 3rd world country.

Pros: The flight was for only one hour and it went by pretty quickly. The flight was clean and the crew was friendly as well. The prices were a little high but they were offering international baggage allowance so it was worth it.

Cons: The initial boarding was a little delayed and we weren't informed that it was going to be that way. Ended up standing in the tunnel to the plane for 15 mins. The leg space was relatively less, but for an hour, very manageable.

Cons: Shuttle bus loading to aircraft: chaotic and could be better organized. Bus arrived at aircraft, and had to wait as passengers were still disembarking. Not well thought out.

Cons: We had checked in on line prior to arriving the airport. Due to some( political ) road blockage, we arrived late at the airport and we were not given boarding pass. The gate was open for more than 1 hour after we reached the airport. We were not issued new tickets and not refunded. The staff was not helpful at all. AS we say Customer should be always first. Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA.

Cons: - The flight onward to Ahmedabad went fine but the return flight got delayed by 2 hrs, one hour to get fly from Ahmedabad and another one to land as the Mumbai airport had heavy traffic so we kept flying for an additional hour waiting for an opportunity to land. Its effect was increased by the fact that it was late at night. In fact, we were using flight rather than train to save time and it ended up costing us 5 hours between waiting and flight. - There was no food available on the flight apart from food that one should buy at an extra cost.

Cons: The departure lounge in Goa is a mess. Too many flights and too little space. Only two food choices, leading to crazy long lines. That is not the fault of Air Asia or Kayak, but be warned. Goa airport is rough.

Cons: Everything. Starting at check-in upto flight conclusion, there is always a problem. Their business and first class product is far, far below global standards. Seats are broken, some of them are not cleaned properly etc. For an aircraft that is about 6 years old, it looks like 30.

Cons: There were no fans or AC running before takeoff and we had to sit in a hot plane for an hour. My seat wouldn't stay reclined. My child's entertainment system froze early on and no one fixed it. One of the toilet seats was broken. Airport checkin lines were very poorly managed.
