|Top route||Berlin Brandenburg to Frankfurt am Main|
|Top airport||Frankfurt am Main|
Pros: Everything was great!

Pros: Very good food. Crew is nice and helpful
Cons: Business seats and in general the plane is just too old and not high standard. No screens even in business class

Cons: I’m still waiting for my baggage
Pros: Short layover
Cons: No fee for luggage
Pros: Al the flights was nice with no issues
Cons: The food that I have with Lufthansa was super bad and there’s no Choise, however, the connect flight wit with United airline have very good food and , what I want say is United airline airplane much better than Lufthansa in every thing even the seats is much nicer
Pros: Okay crew. Though there are always standouts in the group. They don’t have an easy job with current Covid-19 requirements.
Cons: Food is down a few notches. Used to better especially on other airlines.
Pros: Good crew, helpful and friendly.
Cons: Food is not as good as some other airlines I’ve been on.
Pros: Crew could have been a little more friendly. Seating was great
Cons: Had a 3 he delay due to technical issues on the aircraft.. this was the third time it happened in the last four months
Pros: Situation was handled well.
Cons: Lack of information on the cause of delay.
Pros: Booking, price
Cons: A little easier site navigation- understanding
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Very helpful and experienced crew, really good service! Thank you!
Cons: Best flight to DFW
Pros: The particular flight attendant serving our area seemed rude.
Pros: Thank you. It was very good and comfortable trip with a nice team.
Pros: Great, patient crew!
Cons: Flight was cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION. I learnt about it when i reached the airport - 3 hours before departure. And there was absolutely no one from Lufthansa available - innperson or on phone.
Pros: Plane was empty so got a whole row to myself!
Cons: One flight attendant in our area was not friendly and quite abrupt. Food wasn't good but desserts were great. American movies were a bit old.
Cons: There was no in-flight entertainment
Pros: Loved this flight, crew was amazing!
Cons: A snack
Cons: Unable to travel due to Corona restrictions, company would not refund ticket.
Pros: Customer service by the crew
Cons: Lufthansa still charges full price like usual, but on a 8+ hour flight to serve a cat size meal of pasta soaked in some pesto sauce is unacceptable! Thank god I had lunch at Frankfurt before departure! Covid-19 should not be an excuse for lack of services! I work for a company which falls into the Essential business category and despite the pandemic we NEVER EVER compromised with the top quality of our product! I am so dissatisfied with Lufthansa and what they have become, pale shadow of a great company, very sad....
Pros: yes great
Cons: seats and cleaness
A premium carrier with a clear focus on hospitality and passenger comfort, Lufthansa became the first ever European airline to reach 5-star accreditation with Skytrax in 2017. With a highly respected recognition within the aviation industry, the German carrier joined a short list of superior airlines such as Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and EVA Air. In celebration of the achievement, they repainted two of their fleet with 5Starhansa lettering.
Growing to become one of the largest airline groups in the world, Lufthansa owns several subsidiaries, which include Brussels Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Lufthansa CityLine and Eurowings. In addition to these subsidiaries, which focus on flights within Central Europe, the airline offers services to more than 80 countries across the globe. This includes every inhabited continent other than Australia.
The airline has hubs in the major cities of both Frankfurt and Munich. These act as key links for the routes offered; however, a range of subsidiary hubs and Star Alliance hubs are also used. It was one of the founding members of the Star Alliance in 1997, which created a world focus alongside United Airlines, Thai Airway, Air Canada and Scandinavian Airlines. Codeshare agreements are in place with many members of the alliance as well as Cathay Pacific, Etihad Airways, Iran Air, and LATAM Brasil.
Lufthansa manages a combination of both Airbus and Boeing aircraft in its fleet. Short-to-medium range models like the A320 and A321 versions are preferred. Many of the aircraft are named after small German towns such as Sindelfingen, Langenhagen and Gummersbach.
