The Crew have no idea about the food they're serving the passengers. The Crew MUST be instructed before each flight about the menu that will be served to the passengers, whether the food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whether it is Halal, Kosher or not.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Everything in general was great, but we left 30 minutes late
No breakfast and it felt like an untrained cockpit
Boarding in NCL is really bad. I'm sure part of that is a directive from the airport that KLM can't change but part of that is due to KLM policy. NCL doesn't announce the gate of departure until 30 minutes before departure. However, when you arrive at the gate area, the gate agents file everyone into one long line and everyone boards from one line at one time. This line can stretch for 200m...easily. There is a separate line for groups 1 and 2 but you don't know it until you get to the gate area and agents don't announce/advertise it. Everyone else is grouped into one line. Are you in group 3? Doesn't matter...you board with group 5. Traveling with a child? Tough luck...you're stuck at the end of the line and board last. The last part is very annoying because none of the gates at NCL (with the exception of 1 used by Emirates) has a jetway. To board, you must leave the gate area, walk downstairs, walk onto the tarmac and walk up stairs to board the plane. Highly challenging if you're traveling with small children. That boarding process begs for a concession to allow people with children to board first because they will need extra time. But there is no such policy. Just a really horrible boarding experience all around.
Pros: Crew was great, on time flight, clean plane.
Cons: Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family.
Pros: Nice food
Pros: So rude crew
Pros: Friendly crew, great access to a variety refreshments, robust entertainment library.
Cons: No suggestions.
Pros: The plane condition.
Cons: The flight attendants could have served some drinks in between the meals. They actually refused to serve something additionally when asked.
Cons: The touch screen did not work properly
Cons: Friendlier crews
Cons: I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for.
Pros: The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep.
Cons: Free wifi
Pros: This Transavia Airlines is not good at all.
Cons: Many things cheaper does mean better.
Pros: I liked how generous they were with food and drinks
Cons: Free WiFi could have made the flight a lot better
Cons: Allow business passenger to use front bathroom.
Pros: Seats were very comfortable. Plane interior was in new condition, including electronic window shade tinting.
Cons: Staff was not particularly warm or attentive. Was never offered more to drink, and after asking for more wine was ignored.
Pros: Boarding was efficient and the crew were nice.
Cons: the seating is horrible. it was the tightest seating I've ever experienced.
Pros: Salimos a tiempo . El business es muy confortable
Cons: La comida horrible . No se limpian los baños
Cons: No internet available (2020). For the my previous flight, a month ago, was the same problem.
Cons: KLM lost my suitcase and did not deliver it until three days later... They refused to compensate me for having delivered the bag with broken articles inside (A pair of Rayban Wayfarers!)
Cons: The airline lost my suitcase and deliver it only 72 hours later... They refused to give me proper compensation for items that were broken...
Pros: The best airline ever! Super friendly crew and staff, great customer service and nice planes. Love KLM!
Pros: Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on.
Cons: Nothing
Cons: Very nice crew and great food
