|Top route||London Heathrow to New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
|Top airport||New Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl|
Flight crew was well trained and very professional. I had made couple of requests, and they took care of my needs.
The flight was very late and I have to pay the price I could not catch my Delta Airlines flight from Chicago to Detroit This made me me an old man mad
Entertainment was very bad. Touch was not working and remote was stuck and unable to operate. Tried managing through remote somehow, but then volume issue was there. You should check all tv's before passenger boards the flight. It's a 16 hour flight, entertainment should be good. Food was okay.
Bad airline. In sfo to del, the headphones socket was missing. No blanket, no pillow, no tea or coffee
Cleanliness even in Business class- could have been better/ Toilets need upgrade! Excellent Crew
Check in was VERY good..,Fatima who checked us in at HYDERABAD was very helpful ...boarding was not properly planned at Delhi airport...once on board the seats have lost their softness and are VERY hard...especially during long flights becomes VERY difficult....entertainment..very poor...not many choices...monitors not functioning properly...overall. rating ...average...
My wife old she can not get wheelchair ? She have walking problam also bag transfer very difficult because we are old ? I am not try to fly air India ? Kantilal
No good service
Worst airlines ever -- may be it will change in the hands of tatas but for now absolute garbage.
Everything was horrible.
No foo give except packaged food
The standard of service should be improved. The food menu standards should be match with international standards
It was very poor standard of service.most of the attentive were rude. The food was not at all with international standards. The food menu was like Indian village food. Even older people and kids all they have to walk to the food cabin and ask them to get a coffee or tea or juices. No service. I will never fly again with Air India
Need better service and more comfort
Crew is very horrible
Air India The most poor service ever
Seats are not proper all seats damage and boing 777 all most tv and charging point not working
Worst experience never choose air India
Very polite and helpful staff. Loved the food.
My seats were broken and tv didn’t work. It’s not good experience
Improve traveler desk and provide correct info to board
Flight attendant are not friendly Poor quality of food Planes condition are horrible how they can use such planes 15 hrs long flight There are so many other problems which I am not mentioning
As a business class passengers, we are supposed to get lounge. We sat at the gate for 5 hours. We will never travel again by Air india. Why pay so much.
EXCELLENT JOURNEY. THANKS.
Worst aircraft, entertainment devices didn't work for long hauler, crew didn't care much, checkin process is worst of the worst
Aircraft was in very shoddy state, broken seats, worn out cushions, broken entertainment consoles, broken seat trays.. list is too long. Terrible journey. Will avoid Air India in future.
Most of the entertainment consoles were not functional, and worse, were stuck in bright while screen with "Internal server error" displayed. Seat tray tables were bent or broken and slanted. Seat cushions were uncomfortably worn out. Overall the aircraft was in very shoddy state.
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
