Food and service
Entertainment system did not work. I could not even turn on overhead light for reading. Looks like seat had hardly any built in cushion for back support. Some airlines provide a page with menu items that will be served at different times. Also always give a paper napkin whenever you serve food.
That is very long travel.so make sure atlest your entertainment work.and you should have enough blanket for passengers.
Lack of blankets, lack of proper care for infant (no infant blanket), poorly maintained flight (torn seats, dirty carpets, tray tables in bad state, etc.), no proper temperature control (hot for few hours, then cooled down, again becomes hot, this was happening across different sections of the cabin in a phased manner), no entertainment system (just didn't work at all), and not so great food (lesser quantity compared to other airlines and hardly any snack served between meals). After such a poor flight experience, changed my return journey to Emirates.
Flight should have been in time
No entertainment system working . Crew was rude. Food ok. Toilet was choked. Seats have ko cushion.
Toilets should be more clean . Food was horrible.
Be truthful responsible customer service
The flight hasn’t took off since last two days. We are still stuck at the airport and there is no back up flight from air India. Very unprofessional.
The leg room was good and the food was decent. That’s about it. The flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. The “entertainment” screen did not work. I would not recommend flying Air India.
Will never do air India again.
Food was good & serving food by the crew & their behavior was very nice.
Timely checkin, faster checks in and reasonably good in flight service. On time arrival and departure
No entertainment at all. Seats needs improvement & are in very poor condition. Garabge littered all over the place.
It was a good flight. Served good meals and refreshments. The departure was a little late but arrival was accurate.
Screens in the fligth were broken, no blankets were given
overall everything!! Seats are very uncomfertable. I asked blanket and air hostest told me our blankets are only for bussiness class and first class passengers 15Hrs of flight and 90% of your TV's are not working.Food was so bad! Coustmer service is so poor. Everyone was really upset and disappointed from service! Actully few of my friends told me not to go in Air India because they had bad experience but I took this only because this is a direct flight but I regret now.Our family and friends will never take this flight again! Very Very Disappointed!!!!!!!!
Fix all the screens
Flight crew were spectacular. The most entertaining I’ve had in a long time. Ground crew were very polite and helpful. Food was great and served beautifully. Temperature of the aircraft was slightly high for a comfortable sleep. Inflight entertainment lacked range. Aircraft needs updating- a little old.
screen for entertainment are not working Seat not good 4 bathrooms closed Floor is dirty and bed smell
Entertainment system were not working on most of the seats, Imagine sitting for 15 hours with nothing to do...furnishing were run down, food had no choices and quality was very poor.
Seats were broken. We need to ask for the blankets because blankets were not kept on the seats for passengers. Breakfast was not served they gave goodies instead of breakfast. Overall bad experience.
No entertainment were working Food just dry test less No water coffee or alcohol served Crew were very rude and unprofessional They were seating and talking in back of flights Thrugh out of flights They disable remote so No one can disturb them
No entertainment Food just Bread dry Crew were very rude
The toilets in the rear did not work. The remote did not work. The area around push buttons in the arm rest was taped! The boarding at New Delhi was chaotic. The staff in New Delhi could use some professional training about dealing with passengers.
The check in was hassle free.the stewards need to have good communication skills. They were blunt and seem to have not been given adequate training as host. Breakfast tea was missing and bun with a cheese slice as breakfast was a shame. Wake up Air India. What about dinner service? Hindu meals getting stale chicken being served. If it was any American fly I would have sued the airline
In long flight cabin entertainment sytstem should be in working condition
In future when kayak send any message to Passenger please give more details about the changes and give a local contact number to avoid confusion and waist of time so that passenger can get an answer
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
