Worst airline

Beware before booking. They cancelled the flight teo days before and even after 20 days i didn't get the refund which the airline promised. Had to book another flight in short time flr much higher rate. This airlime should be banned

This is the worst airline i have ever traveled. Indigo change their flight times many times and they canceled the flight twice hence i will never book this flight in future

Flight attendants do not have passengers obey flight safety rules. Passengers roam around plane when seat belt light is on. Talk on phone all the way thru take off. Very weak on enforcement of safety requirements.

Tv didn't work in both directions to and from Chicago to Delhi. Makes it a very long journey. Apparently it is too expense to repair or replace Food very mediocre

They should upgrade/fix the broken devices.

In a 14 hour flight if your monitor is not working, you just sit and stare at the screen, remote had some buttons broken, touch screen was not working..... imagine how you would feel. these are basic things that is necessary in a direct long flight....which were missing.

Email messages ahead of time about flight delays. I got email messages telling about flight delays, but the estimation of the delay was not accurate. Hence had to wait for long hours at the airport.

The ground staff at Hyderabad and Mumbai were pretty much absent, until about one hour before the flight left. It would have been great if AirIndia staff was available on the ground at the gate/terminal to advice people who did not have access to email/text messages. There was not even a single announcement about the flight being late and an ETD. A few announcements would have calmed a lot of passengers.

I got the emergency exit door seat which I feel very comfortable. Departure on time, Arrival on early than scheduled.

First of all, The ground staff not having proper coordination at Doha Air Port. Safety induction very Poor, all demo equipment's was dirty and damaged. Another seat not really that good. Compare to other International flight this one extremely POOR. No Quality food, No Entertainment. The ONLY Flight not recommended for international travel. AIR INDIA is ok for travel.

Sharjah airport is very dirty

Tried to book baggage and seats online for flight from Colombo to Sharjah but website wasn't working, so called their office in Colombo. Was told it was too late to book baggage so would have to pay more than double the regular charge. I explained repeatedly that I had tried to book it but the website was down but the lady on the phone completely ignored what I was saying. She then said I should have called them to report the problem - insinuating that it was somehow my fault that their website wasn't working. Quite an interesting twist on 'customer service' in a service industry company. Nothing in the email I received from them stated what to do should their waist fail; no number to call, no procedure, nothing. I had to take a 1-hour trip into the city to speak to them directly at their office. The lady there I spoke with simply made a few mouse clicks and the problem was solved. This of course begs the question of why that couldn't have been done over the phone. The lady on the phone put me on hold for over 10 minutes, clearly hoping that I would give up and hang up. Air Arabia should fire this person immediately as she has no business being in the customer service industry if she is going to be so insulting to a paying customer. As a member of the company she sheds a horrible and unprofessional light on it.

Some items on food tray were delivered to me after I had finished my meal, like the wrapped up roti. Boarding was not controlled, leading to front row passengers cluttering up the aisles. Seat pockets still contained rubbish from previous flight.

I didn't like being woken up to ask if I wanted a meal. The plane was also terribly hot.

I booked my flight through Kayak, which redirected me to Kiwi.com. They in turn booked my flight and sent me my tickets in an attachment that wouldn't open. When I tried multiple computers, the website said, system down. So I couldn't print my itinerary. Hence, when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me in. After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board.

I wanted to cancel the ticket but none of your cook gravy details were reachable. I sent emails but no reply. I had to cancel the ticket from indigo directly but i didn't get the refund for the same yet. Bri unhappy with the service.

Boarding was a mess, aircraft not ready, waited in the bus. Food service was horribly slow. On row 5, took 45 minutes to get a glass of water. Leading aborted close to runway, took of again before touchdown at Chennai, then turned around and landed safely after 15 minutes. No explanation by the crew.

The flight was late to departure but not notified customers. Staff service must be improved.

It was shocking for me too wait for my luggage for 1hr. Why? I travel every day, If i spent time in collecting luggage then it is wastage of my time and my day.

The flight was late. I'd have missed my connecting flight from Delhi to the UK and, therefore, hired an expensive taxi to take me to Delhi. Spicejet could not change my flight to another airline nor issue a refund. They promised a small refund but that hasn't come through.

Nice Service. On ground is ok. At least people are not rude. In flight is also ok. Nothing special. That's ok for me as long as they are not rude or obnoxious.

Entertainment options are limited. This is such a short flight I normally watch series. Their selection is not the best. Boarding in Muscat Airport is always a mess.

1. Waiting in a closed doors transfer bus w/o AC 15+ min just in front of the plane because it wasn't ready for the passengers. (Unaceptable) 2. Flight attendant unable to pick an organized trashbag politely given to her(unaceptable) ; next time all trash will be left in the seat like all passengers do.

The airline was entirely too stringent on weight restrictions for luggage without consideration for long international hauls.

Despite the weather being really bad, the pilots ensured a smooth flight. Kept updating the passengers which provided comfort and prevented any potential panic.

the food was vegetarian but far better than most of the domestic flights I take in the US. The food was also included in the price of the ticket. I wasn't left debating whether to buy a boxed snack for $8 or survive on peanuts and pretzels.

It's like emirates with better seats and half the price Emirates will charge you

The airport waiting area in Saudi doesn't give you any option to relax or find a comfortable cafe or a restaurant where you can sit and work or browse the internet while waiting for your next flight

The seats were comfortable as they were in Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

The flight was 1 hour late and they let us queue for a long time just waiting and no reasons were given. The crew did not treat us well and they speak as if they don't want to do anything and in a rude way. For a domestic flight, the food was just a cheese sandwich. Also the pilot have no experience in flying with the plane as the plane vibrates strongly even while mid-air and at constant speed and altitude. The entertainment screen was always lagging and ads are everywhere.

The employee treated the board very badly in (jeda -ksa) his name ali algamdi. Flight time has changed twice. 3 bags were lost. The package is not shipped to the last transit station

The staff onboard is great. That is the only thing I have to say about this airline in a positive light. I will not use them again.

surprise Unnecessary delays and the travel time increased from 8 hours to 14 hours with unknown delay time for the connecting flight

The crew was excellent. They helped rearrange bags in overhead bins. Almost all bags were accommodated in the overhead bins.

The airplane, like all other airlines, are crammed. With 10 seats per row in the economy class, passengers are packed like cattle. There is not much elbow room or in the isle. But this is not specific to Jet Airways. It is was all airlines are doing to make more profits.

The USB port was broken and didn't work. The Crew member had no patience and was rude and loud.
