The food was bad though i traveled business class.
The person I was assigned to sit next to. We were compatible.
We were supposed to land an hour before we landed but spent so much time in the air just circling. Very annoying.
In a 14 hour flight if your monitor is not working, you just sit and stare at the screen, remote had some buttons broken, touch screen was not working..... imagine how you would feel. these are basic things that is necessary in a direct long flight....which were missing.
Travel time was very convenient and no delays at all. Excellent customer service
This is the worst airline i have ever traveled. Indigo change their flight times many times and they canceled the flight twice hence i will never book this flight in future
Boarding was a mess, aircraft not ready, waited in the bus. Food service was horribly slow. On row 5, took 45 minutes to get a glass of water. Leading aborted close to runway, took of again before touchdown at Chennai, then turned around and landed safely after 15 minutes. No explanation by the crew.
Over expensive food
The airline was entirely too stringent on weight restrictions for luggage without consideration for long international hauls.
