I was seated in Economy area. The seats are very cramped up. Practically no room for movements. In emergency it can be really dangerous

The staff tried to be helpful, but they were not.

I booked my flight through Kayak, which redirected me to Kiwi.com. They in turn booked my flight and sent me my tickets in an attachment that wouldn't open. When I tried multiple computers, the website said, system down. So I couldn't print my itinerary. Hence, when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me in. After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board.

This airline never leaves on time and they are excellent with excuses. They combine multiple flights to avoid empty flights since they are up for sale and the only way the partner airline will buy them if the numbers deliver as promised. So good luck if you book them. THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE AND IF YOU THERE FOR BUSINESS AND TIME IS IMPORTANT. DO NOT FLY THEM. USE INDIGO BEST ON TIME

Some items on food tray were delivered to me after I had finished my meal, like the wrapped up roti. Boarding was not controlled, leading to front row passengers cluttering up the aisles. Seat pockets still contained rubbish from previous flight.

The airline was entirely too stringent on weight restrictions for luggage without consideration for long international hauls.

Despite the weather being really bad, the pilots ensured a smooth flight. Kept updating the passengers which provided comfort and prevented any potential panic.

The person I was assigned to sit next to. We were compatible.

We were supposed to land an hour before we landed but spent so much time in the air just circling. Very annoying.

Always delayed both to take off and land. People take flights to reach early. Jet makes sure I am always late. If I were given a choice of booking my own flights I would never book Jet

Cleanliness.. of seats and sheets can be improved.. i requested Asian vegetarian meal but instead got vegan meal.. did not ask the crew to change it and had it anyways..

The Captain flew us through some very difficult conditions - there was lightning and thunderstorms for about 35 minutes during our flight - but the Captain avoided the turbulence and gave us a smooth flight. Really well done.

My undercooked vegan meal, no leg room, and poor cabin service.

Flight was not crowded so I was able to switch seats to an empty row of seats.

Seats are very nice.

Flight attendants do not have passengers obey flight safety rules. Passengers roam around plane when seat belt light is on. Talk on phone all the way thru take off. Very weak on enforcement of safety requirements.

I missed the flight coz it was preponed. I had to spend 500 extra dollars on scheduling my international flight.

Worst airline

Beware before booking. They cancelled the flight teo days before and even after 20 days i didn't get the refund which the airline promised. Had to book another flight in short time flr much higher rate. This airlime should be banned
