Was left behind in New York Someone could have looked for me and informed me but after waiting gor 70 minutes on the caroussel looking for it I filed a report. They must have known in the 18 hours I was tracelling that the bag had been left behind.. Would have saved my family and me a lot of aggravation.

Had to purchase a new ticket at last minute at much higher prices. Supervisor was rude to me and unwilling to help and they gave me a middle seat after waiting another 12 hours for next flight. Food.. Couteous staff

The entertainment control panels on the screen did not work and handheld had missing buttons. Lost mu bag. Was left behind in New York Someone could have looked for me and informed me but after waiting gor 70 minutes on the caroussel looking for it I filed a report. They must have known in the 18 hours I was tracelling that the bag had been left behind.. Would have saved my family and me a lot of aggravation.

My prior flight was delayed from another airline so I missed boarding Air India flight. Air India would not honor or reschedule my flight even with a change fee. Had to purchase a new ticket at last minute at much higher prices. Supervisor was rude to me and unwilling to help and they gave me a middle seat after waiting another 12 hours for next flight. No thanks Air India!!!!
