Email messages ahead of time about flight delays. I got email messages telling about flight delays, but the estimation of the delay was not accurate. Hence had to wait for long hours at the airport.

The ground staff at Hyderabad and Mumbai were pretty much absent, until about one hour before the flight left. It would have been great if AirIndia staff was available on the ground at the gate/terminal to advice people who did not have access to email/text messages. There was not even a single announcement about the flight being late and an ETD. A few announcements would have calmed a lot of passengers.

There was nothing that I really liked. Either it was okay or poor

1. Toilets - poorly maintained 2. Food - Bad taste and bad choice of menu 3. Poor entertainment - the screens did not function properly 4. Crew- the crew did not come to resolve the issues of poor screens 5. No Wifi 6. Overall cleanliness - poor Air India, You got lots to work on!

They should upgrade/fix the broken devices.

Crew responses were very bad

our taxi got caught in traffic and we were late to the airport. But the plane was late in arriving and therefore in leaving as well. The crew working quickly and efficiently to board us all and they were all very nice.

The flight was late to departure but not notified customers. Staff service must be improved.

Outside of the delay, things were very professional

Delayed as the inbound was late. I wish they announced and kept the passengers up to date.

This is the worst airline i have ever traveled. Indigo change their flight times many times and they canceled the flight twice hence i will never book this flight in future

I wanted to cancel the ticket but none of your cook gravy details were reachable. I sent emails but no reply. I had to cancel the ticket from indigo directly but i didn't get the refund for the same yet. Bri unhappy with the service.

I booked my flight through Kayak, which redirected me to Kiwi.com. They in turn booked my flight and sent me my tickets in an attachment that wouldn't open. When I tried multiple computers, the website said, system down. So I couldn't print my itinerary. Hence, when I got to the airport, they wouldn't let me in. After two hours of people telling me "No no no", someone finally figured out that kiwi had used some unique credit card number under my fellow passenger's name. I had struggled and argued for two hours. Finally someone knew and recognized the issue and helped us. In the nick of time, we were allowed on board.

Beware before booking. They cancelled the flight teo days before and even after 20 days i didn't get the refund which the airline promised. Had to book another flight in short time flr much higher rate. This airlime should be banned

Flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, no aero bridge to enter the flight

It was shocking for me too wait for my luggage for 1hr. Why? I travel every day, If i spent time in collecting luggage then it is wastage of my time and my day.

The USB port was broken and didn't work. The Crew member had no patience and was rude and loud.

Boarding was a mess, aircraft not ready, waited in the bus. Food service was horribly slow. On row 5, took 45 minutes to get a glass of water. Leading aborted close to runway, took of again before touchdown at Chennai, then turned around and landed safely after 15 minutes. No explanation by the crew.

In a 14 hour flight if your monitor is not working, you just sit and stare at the screen, remote had some buttons broken, touch screen was not working..... imagine how you would feel. these are basic things that is necessary in a direct long flight....which were missing.

Plane was delayed twice and nothing was communicated. They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

An apppology for a start and hopefully some compensation

Quick easy and simple. Staff were very friendly.

More than 3h late, no information, gate close (we had to wait in the corridor), nothing to drink during the flight. And I had to pay 80RM just to travel with my umbrella,

I was seated in Economy area. The seats are very cramped up. Practically no room for movements. In emergency it can be really dangerous
