It was ok, not much more can be said, as long as airlines/aircraft manufacturers insist on cramming in as many seats as possible....best of a bad situations, seats are simply too uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few hours. Lack of flexible headrests not a help on long overnight flights either.

All the crew members were too slow and rude. Most of the times the registers were empty, while hundreds of customers were waiting in line, and it was impossible to get a supervisor. Despite being in line on time, I missed my freight, plus a some customers who were ahead and behind me.
I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The QSuite truly feels like a First-Class experience, with its luxurious design, privacy, and comfort. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. This would elevate the entertainment experience to match the premium standards of the QSuite. Secondly, regarding the Wi-Fi service: while QSuite passengers receive one hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, any additional usage requires a fee of USD 10. Considering the premium pricing of QSuite, it would be more fitting to include unlimited Wi-Fi as part of the experience, further enhancing the luxury offered to passengers. Lastly, I must highlight an issue with luggage handling. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it through the transit, which was disappointing. While the ground crew assured me that it would be delivered to my home on the same day as it was arriving on the next flight, this promise was not fulfilled, and the delay added unnecessary inconvenience to an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, the QSuite experience was exceptional, but addressing these areas would further solidify Qatar Airways’ position as a leader in luxury air travel.

I purchased Qatar airways after seeing ads about its service. To my surprise Qatar is marketing gimmick and horrible airlines which I don’t recommend to anyone Flight was dirty including flight from Miami to Doha And Doha airport restrooms are dirty On top of this they use this pathetic cheap indigo From Doha to Hyderabad which I will never fly Also they lost one of my baggage in Indigo and still waiting to receive it. I will never travel Qatar and will never recommend
The food is not good and also if you ask crew to bring something they say ok I will bring but you will never get it. Please they should listen good to passengers
Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.
Our male flight attendant was top notch - wish I could remember his name. Boarding is never fun when I have to ride the shuttle to the middle of the tarmac and pull my carry on bags up the stairs to my seat. My knees are banged up and my shoulders give me pain, so the flight started off poorly. The seat leg rests don’t recline completely so that makes is difficult if not dangerous to get in and out of the middle seats. The entertainment system touch screens prevented one from seeing the options. They are old and the software needs to be updated. I was on six planes in the last two weeks and able to see the flight progress without any stress. Couldn’t watch anything else. I do like Qatar Airways, just not a fan of a few things.

The seat was like there is no leg space....there were no proper option for food in the airline. It seemed like the airline was at brink of bankruptcy. The crew was helpful except for a few.

Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

I am not sure I like the new Discover line of Lufthansa. I have been flying from us to Italy for the past 30 years and always favored Lufthansa ove other Companies because of cleanliness, service, food, beverage. When compared white other airlines Lufthansa was always considered one of the best. I can't say that anymore. I fly Lufthansa only because I consider the line MCO to FRA timely convenient for my schedule but always look for alternatives when before I was considering other routes only if the price was in question.
Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.

Not good. First time flying AA in years and won’t be doing so again. We departed late and missed our connecting flight to Barcelona. As a result we missed the first two days of a Mediterranean cruise. No reason given for the delay. Got rerouted from JFK to Heathrow and then to Barcelona. Flight to Heathrow was delayed causing us to miss the flight to Barcelona again. Routed then to Palmero where we had to purchase transportation and a 2 night hotel stay to pick up the cruise there. Probably cost us $2k plus.

British Airways provided prompt service and maintained excellent cleanliness throughout the flight. However, the business class seats felt tight, and the cabin temperature was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep. Since I couldn’t rest, I turned to the in-flight entertainment, but the selection was heavily focused on Paramount content, which isn’t my preference. I also found the Bollywood movie options quite limited compared to other airlines. On the positive side, the spirits selection was impressive, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.
I didn’t receive my luggage until day 5 of a 9 day trip. During a layover a crew member made a very insulting comment about where I was visiting and where my partner was from in England.

my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities
