Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.

The crew was exceptionally polite and caring. The plane was comfortable. Great experience. Will fly more on Air India because of this experience.

Eet late informed about delay of more rhan four houts

Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.

Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.

I never will fly again. They rebooked me without telling me. Cancelled my flight and rebooked me on new airline. When they booked me on new flight I had to repay for all my baggage and seat reservations despite the email and reservation I showed and confusion and discussions the new airline had trying to rectify it with Discover and Lufthansa. I added seats later which is an option which makes me think I need to book directly with airlines going forward to avoid this disaster

This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience

Food was good, flight is old, no leg room and restrooms are downstairs not easy for elderly people
