Boarding was a mess, aircraft not ready, waited in the bus. Food service was horribly slow. On row 5, took 45 minutes to get a glass of water. Leading aborted close to runway, took of again before touchdown at Chennai, then turned around and landed safely after 15 minutes. No explanation by the crew.

Seats are very nice.

Flight attendants do not have passengers obey flight safety rules. Passengers roam around plane when seat belt light is on. Talk on phone all the way thru take off. Very weak on enforcement of safety requirements.

But refuse to display No display of gate until boarding was midway Row wise boarding not followed Head purser on board was loud , brash , rude and curt to all Non apologetic to a delay of nearly 2.5 hours Cramped seats

Business class is an economy seat up front. Terrible condition of planes - in particular the rest room is filthy. Avoid!

The actual service quality was below the average US flagship airline, far below the average EU flagship airline, and very far below the average Asian flagship airline.

Not enough leg space

The vegetarian menu was boring. A horrid sandwich, terrible croissants, dry breadrolls, spoiled fruit and brown lettuce. No Cabin crew available except during take off and landing and meal service. They were all hidden in the rear of the plane. No beverages or even water offered except during beverage service. No Wi-Fi, wired remote control in each seat defective. Touch screen not working. Aged upholstery and uncomfortable seats.

My prior flight was delayed from another airline so I missed boarding Air India flight. Air India would not honor or reschedule my flight even with a change fee. Had to purchase a new ticket at last minute at much higher prices. Supervisor was rude to me and unwilling to help and they gave me a middle seat after waiting another 12 hours for next flight. No thanks Air India!!!!

Despite the weather being really bad, the pilots ensured a smooth flight. Kept updating the passengers which provided comfort and prevented any potential panic.

Beware before booking. They cancelled the flight teo days before and even after 20 days i didn't get the refund which the airline promised. Had to book another flight in short time flr much higher rate. This airlime should be banned

Honestly nothing

This is the worst airline i have ever traveled. Indigo change their flight times many times and they canceled the flight twice hence i will never book this flight in future

Did not receive timely information about the flight delay (if I'd I could cancelled, gotten a full refund and flown on another flight right there, but the information came too late, even though they had it in advance.) Did not receive information about complimentary snacks (had to find out for myself Don't travel with goair if you have time sensitive single day travel plans.

The flight was for only one hour and it went by pretty quickly. The flight was clean and the crew was friendly as well. The prices were a little high but they were offering international baggage allowance so it was worth it.

The initial boarding was a little delayed and we weren't informed that it was going to be that way. Ended up standing in the tunnel to the plane for 15 mins. The leg space was relatively less, but for an hour, very manageable.

Food.. Couteous staff

The entertainment control panels on the screen did not work and handheld had missing buttons. Lost mu bag. Was left behind in New York Someone could have looked for me and informed me but after waiting gor 70 minutes on the caroussel looking for it I filed a report. They must have known in the 18 hours I was tracelling that the bag had been left behind.. Would have saved my family and me a lot of aggravation.
