Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!
Wow! Wonderfully designed, super comfortable, spacious business seats. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience!
The new Finnair business class is superb! The design is wonderfully innovative and ridiculously comfortable. There is more seat space to lounge and sleep than the usual business class seat. The staff were amazingly attentive and the food was great (hard to say about most airline food!). There was limited toiletries (most of which I don’t use anyway) and no pyjamas for this flight. Everything else was next level. A fabulous experience!
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..

Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.
The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.
They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.
All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!
The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
Lufthansa crew are great Frankfurt to Raleigh RDU North Carolina USA
I fell on July 18 went to the emergency room and injured my left hip with torn ligaments. Obviously I couldn’t travel and had to cancel my trip to the Paris Olympics. Yet Lufthansa only refunded the taxes. Unacceptable. I will never recommend that airline.
Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.
Not a great experience. Food was very poor. Overall experience was mediocre to poor.
My baggage got struck in Rome while coming back from Hyderabad - SFO I missed my connection from Delhi to Hyderabad, and they were offering me a flight 3 days later. I had to purchase my ticket to go to Hyderabad.
Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.
The smell of vomit from the previous flight was overwhelming for a 9 hour flight. There must be a chemical or product to kill the smell before the next flight boards??!!!
Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good
This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience
The check in staff was excellent. Some of the ground crew at Bengaluru airport that Lufthansa has outsourced to are terrible. The airport security removed my 2 power banks and set it aside from my check in luggage but they ground staff refused to go pick it up despite the airport security confirming it’s waiting for them to pick them up. I was very disappointed by their utter disregard for customer service and unwillingness to help me.
