You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders

Pros: "The Boarding Emirates at Logan Airport is a nightmare. The staff are unhelpful, and take long time to process Transiting passengers. The Desk is understaffed, and the staff is rude."

Very uncomfortable seats!!!!!! Also, almost had broken kneecaps when the passenger seated in front of me vigorously reclined his seat. The spacing between seats is abusive!!
Knowing that there was weather in other areas of the world, united airlines should have planned better than it did. The flight was 5 hours late. United has no regard for its customers

It was late for no apparent reason causing me to miss my connection and a day of work.
The plane had a landing gear failure. It got rerouted to Pisa. Then lufthansa drove us 3 hours to Verona in the middle of the night with a crazy fast taxi driver. Now we are stuck in Verona for 2 days and they stripped me of my business class flight. What a terrible airline!

For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.

Both flights had 2 stops and both times Indigo said we didn’t have a second flight and wouldn’t give us a second boarding pass meaning we had to go out to the check in both times to get our second boarding pass and both times were very problematic. Also we have a 7+ hour international flight on a very small plane with no free food or drinks. Just not a very good flight experience overall."

Cons: "The website does not describe baggage allowance clearly as compared to other airlines. It lists “excess baggage weight” but not the 15kg limit. The choice of 15kg as the limit is a BIG problem for international travelers who may be coming for longer stays. Air India has a much friendlier policy for checked and carryon baggage and I would choose it by far. We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down."

Cons: "Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport ."
Pros: "My first meal offered a lamb and rice dish with carrots and currants that was most tasty, while the second meal included a nice vegetarian rice dish. They were both very good and a good introduction to the wonderful food of the Middle East."
Cons: "I had an issue with the sound on my entertainment unit that caused it to stop every time I paused a viewing. I had to exit then return to the show, which restarted where I paused it, but it was annoying. It also would have been nice to have a solitaire card game to play online. Overall, though, the variety was well thought out."
Pros: "A380 is a great plane to fly in, very roomy. Entertainment was good but could be improved by allowing access while plane is still on the ground. This is significant on these long haul flights as boarding commences about an hour before departure."
