The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.

Entertainment system is old, touch screen isn’t working properly. New movies should be added atleast once a month Should provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.

The experience was great. A330 needs an upgrade between RDU and FRA and vice-versa.

Flight ride was good, crew members were great however they need to hire some better food caterer.

You gave me a “Never fly Lufthansa” experience for life. You charged me $1760 for reinstating my ticket on a cancelled flight. Service at the airport was terrible. I’m convinced that I should never fly Lufthansa.

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.

The flight to Frankfurt was delayed. Consequently the connecting flight to Seattle could not be boarded. Lufthansa accommodated in a Cattle Class Flight where the Seats and foods were horrible. I had only Hobson’s Choice and boarded the flight and reached Seattle 3hours later than my scheduled arrival.

The Lufthansa app needs a whole revamp flight got delayed and it kept showing original time. Communicate better with you customers
