Our boarding passes were collected by your staff, when I raised my voice, were given one wheel chair and I had to run along with the staff or we could have missed the flight. I wanted to have some grub at airport but there was no time."

Lufthansa cancelled my daughter and my ticket without any notice. Misinformation from Lufthansa staff from departing caused our luggage to be checked out to part of our connecting flight, not all the way through to final destination. Because of that, their reason was my return ticket from Delhi to states was cancelled and they left us stranded to fetch for our own return flights. Worst customer service from staff at counters.
Pros: "The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen."
Cons: "The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through."

Pros: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."
We were not happy bc we paid for our seats differently from the actual seats we got ( last row near restroom )

Cons: "The flight from India was delayed and as a consequence I missed my connecting flight to Miami. I had to put up in a Hotel at Helsinki and take a flight to Miami the next day via London."
Cons: "Plane was late taking off and almost missed my next connection. Due to landing late my luggage did not make it on make it on my flight. However the airline delivered to my place the following morning. It was not an inconvenience to me as the baggage was delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you Finnair!"

Good leg room and I picked the seat in last 24 hours. Food was tasty with 2 full meals and first one smaller. The crew as expected courteous and on their toes serving extra water and items in between.
