The Crew was Very Nice but the food was Very Disappointing - the seats were Very Uncomfortable
My business class experience with Qatar is beyond excellent especially the crew as Jaly Liansangzuali. Rumana Khan go an extra mile to make the flight the most enjoyable one. They are friendly, kind, attentive. When I was nauseated the took care and checked me a few times how I was feeling and concerned.So fly Qatar and you will never be disappointed.
Food, entertainment and blankets are minimum requirements for an international flight with a duration of 3+ hrs. None was in this flight and very dirty bathrooms on the top of it.

Cons: "The flight got delayed from Alexandria and the staff at Manama airport directed us to a counter to get our onward boarding passes but another senior member of staff asked us "what are you doing here" and asked us to go straight to the gate, then when we arrived at Abu Dhabi the baggage did not arrive with us and we had to go back to the airport later to pick them up."
Chaotic boarding began 5 minutes before departure without any announcements explaining the delay. Once on board, an outdated 737 greeted me, without of WiFi. The crew hastily placed trays in front of passengers without any interaction or smiles, only to swiftly retrieve them and vanish for the remainder of the flight. The food provided was inedible, but there were decent juice options like guava and strawberry. The only reason I chose this flight was because of its schedule; otherwise, I would have opted for a different airline.
I liked how nice the crew were. The seat could be better and more comfortable. The movies could be newer. The entertainment movies were all old

Cons: "OUr departing flight was delayed almost 1 1/2 hours, resulting in a missed connection in Cairo -- this is not uncommon. The connecting flight waited 6 minutes, then left us. Arranging an alternative (through Rome & onward by late evening) was done , but no one was at the transfer desk for an hour."

Indigo services are getting worse and worse by day. Unexplained delays and practically no satisfactory customer services
Not much food options, entertainment, crew just ignores your request. The crew is not trained at all at hospitality. No wonder why people talk rudely to Indigo crew.
I was unable to check in online. It said PRN is not correct few times in spite of it being correct. I could not book my seat. I travelled from Mumbai to Chennai & Chennai to tiruchi. I raised my problem to staff in Mumbai and they were not helpful. They kept saying I needed to do it in Chennai. They said they can’t print my boarding pass since it started from Chennai. They could have helped me with online checking. Customer service is very poor and not helpful. They could have done a better job.
Already mentioned the didorerly check in process. The crew were not aware that I pre-booked for snacks and paid for. They said I have to pay for snacks and drinks, when I showed the crew my boarding pass they said that the system was not updated with this information. Very strange excuse..
Liked the XL seat, but didn't like the check-in process at the Delhi Airport gate 5B. Though I had paid for the priority boarding, there was mad rush at the gate and allowed whoever with might pushed in. Then at the gate we were picked up for compulsory checkin the hand baggage as the flight was full. There were any with more than 2 bags and massive cabin baggage. But they didn't dare to stop them.. Overall a very badly managed check-in process.

Cons: "We flew to India and back from Turkey. Both flights had 2 stops and both times Indigo said we didn’t have a second flight and wouldn’t give us a second boarding pass meaning we had to go out to the check in both times to get our second boarding pass and both times were very problematic. Also we have a 7+ hour international flight on a very small plane with no free food or drinks. Just not a very good flight experience overall."

This is the first time I experience this with them."
Pros: "I go an email that this flight has not been purchased. I had to call the company directly to purchase. Kayak website never made any correction in the my trips section. Which made me believe falsely that I have a confirmed booking."
