Pros: The ticket was not expensive, the carry on luggage allowance is 7kgs and 5kgs for a laptop etc with 23kgs check-in

Cons: The aircraft is getting old and looking a bit run down inside ie the seat back moved freely and hard marks in the handle - minor things

Cons: The company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Cons: I booked seat near window but was given middle seat I don’t like this way...

Pros: as normal the crew were great!

Cons: This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency.

Cons: Never again low cost Poor seating, no food

Cons: Again, we should have been notified that the Egypt airport in Cairo was closing on March 19th, four days before our scheduled flight. We never made it to Moscow because the flight from Egypt was canceled. Email us as soon as it is known that airports are closing.

Pros: Great food, great movies. Great pilot and crew

Cons: Lots of children running in isle. But they did give them tools to help occupy them. Maybe a children play area.

Cons: Uncomfortable seats. Departed late from Tel Aviv, long outdoor wait at 4 C degrees for the buses from airplane to terminal, arrived 25 minutes before connection to Tokyo scheduled to depart, but the claimed that gate is closed so got stuck in Moscow for 24 hours.

Cons: for 860$ include only one small cheeseburger and water

Cons: Uncomfortable seats, terrible meal, rude service . 15 euro boarding passes . Charges money for everything. Airline employees look like "gai"( former Soviet police) employees, try to find reason to charge you money

Pros: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).

Cons: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.

Pros: Quick! Friendly! On time

Pros: Helpful and friendly crew.

Cons: If a person who checks in would not inform me that I have to seat next to bathroom

Pros: The meals are always generous and pretty feeling, nice and knowledgeable crew

Cons: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all

Cons: 3 1/2 hours late!!!!!
