Much better seats on Airbus 321. Food prices are very reasonable.
My flight BKK–SHJ–TBS was changed, and I was notified only by an email that went into my spam folder. I found out only 1 day before the flight when I checked in online. The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable
Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
It was little disheartening and disappointing. Although flight staff did a good job. But customer service didn’t do anything to resolve my issue.
The flight was operated by IndiGo and not Qatar, which is a budget airline from India. Nevertheless, the flight was uneventful.
It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.
The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.
They have misplaced my one checked bag which I have not received in Philadelphia and have lodged complaint with American Airlines, the staff of Indigo was rude with us, at the checking counter, I think she purposely withheld my one of the checked bag, because the American Airlines staff told me that bag was not received at Doha airport. Kindly help me with one of my checked bag to get it. My flight was from Mumbai to Doha and then Doha to Philadelphia.
Boarding procedures are very tiring. We have to clear security twice for our connecting flights from Doha. Also every time we board flights we have to show boarding passes 5-6 times.
Food and entertainment was very very bad. Also, Doha airport is very bad. Entertainment was same for last 1 month....no change. Old movies. Food quality was sub par.
Other than low space, which is the problem with all airlines for economy class, the flight was excellent.
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too
Air hostesses were great. Food was good. Flat bed is not that flat or comfortable.

Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.

It was mediocre. Honestly, the flight was late but that didn’t bother me as I had plenty of time. The only thing that bothered me is that the crew never asked to make the beds for us in business class. Maybe the crew was exhausted and that just didn’t occur to them.
Horrible. After paying for my seats, I was cramped, had no overhead bin space, freezing as the flight had no temperature controls, the food was awful and served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and then never received any. I booked this flight as a partner through American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

I request kosha food all my flight but this flight didn’t imclude my kosha meal.
The flight from NY to Bangalore was very good but the return flight from Bahrain to NY was mediocre

Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.
From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. However, they failed to provide any clear explanation of what was wrong. After an extended wait of 45 minutes, the issue was resolved, and we were finally issued our boarding passes. Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.
Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
The drinks should come before food. Unable to have any fluid unless after food. Thanks
The entertainment on board was really poor. The map doesn’t give enough information and the movies have arabic subtitles, you can’t choose. The stuff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast really poor. The food must not be spicy! They didn’t have enough drinks.
Few people on the plane - Was great! The plane was late to board and over an hour late to arrive. They said it was airport control. How can these things not be booked it advance? Very frustrating!
Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.
Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

IndiGo is low cost and therefore no frills, but is always a pleasant experience. No mood lighting and fancy features but clean aircraft, professional crew and absolute value for money.
