It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.

Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I was given the middle seat even though I asked for a change they didn’t honor

I had an awful experience with British Airways as they broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and when I went to complain they told me that this was not their responsibility. This has to be one horrible airline that does not take responsibility for the damage that they have created

Very old aircraft. Seat 15 A & B personal light not working, foot rest broken in 15 A , reclining push buttons required two people to do it. Overall experience was below standard. The same food was served both the times. No snacks in the ally, drink choices very limited. It felt like it was the year 2000. The crew unfriendly, hospitality 4/10.

They damaged my check in bag and when I filled complaint they gave some minimal amount which is not even sufficient to buy new bag. Vey unhappy with this experience.

Bag drop in Jersey was very long. British Airways could have had more people available to check bags.

Very bad because flight was cancelled and they never informed me i have to wait for three days in hotel to get another flight

We had airport assistance which was good except at Heraklion it was very difficult to find any staff to ask where to go which proved stressful

Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

The food was ok, but not great. They delayed boarding in Portland and did not enforce group boarding. But the crew was excellent, went above and beyond.
