Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Cons: "My first flight was delayed at CAI and no one informed us of this. I almost missed my connecting flight."
Cons: "The lack of communication with the employee who had my boarding pass and did not provide the wheel chair. I waited in an area waiting, he moved to another area without letting me know. Finally I nearly made it to the gate, on the bus and on the plane. It did not give me the chance to relax at the lounge as I paid for a business class ticket. I felt not being taken care of properly and as expected."
Cons: "The seats are very tight and small, caused me a very terrible knee pain. I will never ever use and suggest Turkish airlines for long distance flights. And I also they don't care about fragile items which is very inconvenience."
Cons: "I booked a place in advance, but the place was changed because I did not check in 24 hours before the flight. And I got a place near the restroom. It was terrible!!!! it was impossible to sleep and eat normally. And the smell of the restroom all the way. Very upset."

More than 40 minutes of delay, the crew even didn’t apologize or explain the reason why we are late, no service for a short flight
Comfort of seats, entertainment selection, water offerings, meal choices, over attitude and helpfulness of staff, across the board.
The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.
My flight was canceled and rebooked which I understood. The second booking was also canceled with no notification. The customer service rep would not allow me to fly into another airport due to a hurricane in my destination city and he hung up the phone on me.

Cons: "Economy seats were more cramped than other international economy flights I have been on. My knees were against the seat in front of me the entire 9-hour flight. There were supposed to be 2 options for meal, but by the time I was served there was only one remaining. The meal itself was passing."

The rice and chicken tikka on the Finnair flight was absolutely delicious. I am lactose intolerant and couldn’t eat the ice cream. Please consider a lactose free ice cream too. Thanks
It was quite a noticeable step up in overall performance from the basic (a euphemism, behold!) to the A380.

Cons: "HOT. The plane was 90% of the time. It would tease you just long enough to start to fall asleep, then bam! You wake up in a sweat. It was 9.5 of 10 hours of a low boil sweat. The most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. Apparently a known issue, including the condensation leaks on people sitting next to the window. (Guessing that's why the A/C was left off.) Also one of the bathrooms was quickly out of service. Another would auto flush if you tried to sit down. And another the green light was on whether occupied/locked or not. So 3 of 4 in Economy had at least some kind of malfunction. The power tinting windows never responded to the buttons - assumed they were on master override. Finally, the seats were pretty compact. I would describe World Traveler on BA (aka Economy) more like the new compact Basic Economy offered on other carriers. Seats were very small and leg room consumed by some kind of service boxes. I'm hoping to all things holy that our return flight is actually an American Air flight instead of BA direct. Really afraid of another 10+ hours of torture."

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Cons: "This airline is one of the worst in Europe, for the simple reason of putting short-term profits ahead of decent treatment of the customer. My flight across the Atlantic was 4 hours late, and BA refused to put me on the next available to Prague, even though the lateness forced me to miss the BA flight I have been booked on. Their reason referred to a technicality in the booking procedure, but actually BA has put in place "policies" aimed at their financial advantage, over and above reasonable treatment of the customer. BA's refusal to rebook me cost me a lot of inconvenience (3 hours on the phone, for one thing) plus about $150 (I am taking another route to Prague); BA was then able to sell both my original seat and an extra seat on the next flight from Heathrow to Prague. I will never fly BA again in my life if I can help it."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the food was unexpectedly good. I also appreciated the pillow and blanket that were provided. And it’s nice having individual screens on which to watch movies and television. Made the time “fly by”."
Cons: "The woman in front of my husband leaned her seat back as soon as we were airborne and stayed that way for the duration of the trip. That made it more challenging for him to use his tray but other than that, no problems."
Pros: "This was the right size airplane for the long trip very comfortable."
