Boarding it group 6 is unreasonable for gold members of codeshare airlines. Lots it luggage compartments full of crew and other bs. 6 rows of passengers no stowage

Crrew great. Seating space getting worse that worse. Food awful

Staff was good on flight - helpful and pleasant. Food was good too. Bathroom situation not good - long waits even though we were in Premium Economy. Transit from previous flight was horrendous in Frankfurt! Aircraft taxied forever after landing, bus ride from plane to airport building was forever, then had to take train to Terminal Z, had to walk miles to get to Security Check, lines were unbelievably long, then further walking to gate. Barely made it even though I had a stopover of 1 hour and 40 minutes!

My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags

Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.

Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.

Very good experience. All of the details made this experience very positive.

Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.

Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
