Lufthansa was great, out of my own financial limitations I had to be in economy, it’s really tough on my back for long haul flights

Aircraft felt very old and business class was not as nice as on other airlines. Also 3 of the 4 flights on this trip were delayed.

They did not serve my special meal request after departure of airplane

Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss

My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags

Not good due to rebooking automatically to a connection flight having very long duration due to 1st flight delays. Also seat booking originally paid by us and while rebooking time every family member was given different seats.

Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.

I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it

I liked crew, always smiling and provided the best services.

The seats were slightly banged up. Legroom was a bit tight. No food or drinks served No entertainment whatsoever.
