0ur assigned seats were given to other individuals when we boarded the plane. We were given new boarding passes with new seats all the way at the back of the plane. The reason given to us was that there were issues with the seats. We found out that there were no issues, and someone else's were seated on those.

Cons: "I had to file a claim with Turkish because my new suitcase (not an expensive suitcase, but still) got seriously chewed up and is now unusable. At least it made it to the destination on time! And the contents were only slightly damaged. I will be happy if I get reimbursed for the suitcase."

Cons: "No alcohol beverage service before take off. One of the only airlines that does this. Also flight was delayed again in Istanbul. We were delayed on our layover in, and out of Istanbul. Both times stuck on the tarmac. I see this as a common problem"
The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.
Pros: "Crew was great, on time flight, clean plane."
Cons: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."
Cons: "KLM lost my suitcase and did not deliver it until three days later... They refused to compensate me for having delivered the bag with broken articles inside (A pair of Rayban Wayfarers!)"

It was the worse experience seats too small , the service was so bad after 4 hours they served water and food , my monitor was not working I couldn’t watch movie or lesson to music , they selling the blanket and headphones We paid for checking bag only carry on was free It was bad and will never fly them
Would not accommodate my request to bring my my jacket I left on the plane.
They canceled the flight we booked several weeks ago and Lufthansa rebooked us on a very bad connection through Frankfort but never told us…the helpful United people at the airport figured out what had happened and then rebooked us on a direct United flight, like our original booking, only overnight instead of daytime. Why did Lufthansa not mention that they had rebooked us, and why did they add a stopover needlessly?
I stood in line in Frankfurt for one and a half hours to get boarding pass and check bag, couldn’t get the boarding pass online ahead of time. Stood in line for 45 minutes to get through passport control, and 20 minutes for security. On board they said they were on time but we waited an hour to leave. The crew fed us rather promptly but then waited another 6 hours to give us a sandwich before landing. No trash was gathered throughout the flight.
Cons: "Delayed over 4 hrs, missed connecting flight as we were supposed to meet with in Frankfurt. Spent hrs getting a new itinerary, one bag never showed up in Nairobi."
Pros: "The crew were nice enough. However, I thought it was strange that the flight attendant woke up the guy next to me to see if he wanted to eat, which he didn’t."
Cons: "Checking in was bad. We had difficulty with the agent, who said that we needed to wrap our plastic tubs. We have flown other airlines using these same tubs for 15 years. After our minor altercation, the food on the two legs from Dammam and then on to Atlanta was very bad. I am not very picky with food and like just about anything. However, I was unable to eat the food served in 2 out of 3 meals. My time on Frankfurt was also not very pleasant. I will most likely try to avoid Lufthansa in the future."

Cons: "We waited on the runaway for 3 hours without any service, not a sip of water. When I finally arrived in Helsinki, I missed my connection to Riga and was rescheduled for a flight 6 hours later even though there were two flights leaving before then. Also I requested vegetarian meal online, but was not served vegetarian. They did not have any extras."
Pros: "Personal finnair were very unpleasant and offered me for 30 min flight to Tallinn wait 8.5 hours flight to Stockholm and coming next day afternoon. Everything was too bad. I had to get taxi and boat and coming in Tallinn. I lost time and money. I never going to use finnair and kayak again."

Pros: "I think this airline has an attention to detail and level of service which surpasses most other airlines. Whilst remaining competitive these factors make traveling with Finnair a far more comfortable and attractive proposition for me. In addition, Helsinki airport must be one of the best around."
