Pros: Nice aircraft and comfortable seating in economy with a good selection of music and movies on the seat back entertainment. Business class was mostly empty and looked very nice and roomy. They should upgrade their frequent flyers the way other airlines do to fill those empty seats and generate the good PR that results. The food was good in my opinion, and the Ethiopian coffee is great. Affordably priced tickets was the selling point for choosing them. They are a young airline and while they go through the motions of being a modern service-oriented airline, but alas for the most part they aren't there yet.

Cons: We've flown a few Ethiopian Air flights now and while the flight attendants are nice, they aren't always on top of things and paying attention to the needs of the passengers. Not as helpful or attentive as we're used to. Boarding is chaotic and the overnight transfer at Addis Ababa is a total mess. If you get to leave through the airport in the early morning things are relatively painless, but what a nightmare of pushing and shoving chaos when it's busy. The hotels they put you up in are mediocre at best. Last week we enjoyed a long wait for the bus ride to the hotel, cold food when we arrived, and a nice hard bed to "sleep" in. We probably won't fly Ethiopian Air if we have to overnight in Addis Ababa again. I'm willing to pay up to fly another airline and skip the overnight as it's just not worth the hassle.

Pros: I like that it’s a direct flight from Newark to Lomé I like that it’s cheaper than over airlines I like that it’s a late flight: it allows out of state passengers to catch the flight without having to stay overnight in NY

Cons: Some crew members are unfriendly The toilets are always smelly and dirty. The floor stick with pee. Pee all over the toilets seats. Unsanitary especially when you are traveling with a child or an elderly. The TVs touch screens do not work The volume of the crew is too high

Cons: The flight was delayed over 8 hours causing me to miss my connection flight. The crew was not helpful with the delay. The plane was old and the business class was not as pictured when booking. I will never fly with Ukraine air again.

Cons: Other airlines give a warm welcome. Getting to airport, plus the run up to a trip can be stressful. It is also where for me the holiday/trip begins and a smile, or even a 'have a good holiday/trip' said genuinely would really get things off to good start. I felt depressed.

Cons: After travelling from the Maldives and our final flight home from Melbourne to Brisbane, several people had their luggage sopping wet due to rain at Melbourne. Everything inside the luggage was wet. Qantas Customer Service was not empathetic. They said it was only water and bad luck.

Pros: Crew is amazing with a smile always. It was a new aircraft with nice screens and a good variety of movie selections. Service was excellent as well as the food.

Cons: I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka.

Pros: Although there were delays they kept us informed on a regular basis as to what to expect and seemed genuinely apologetic for any inconveniences. Boarding and deplaning were smooth and efficient. I really appreciated that there was no charge for checking a bag. I am certain that contributes to the ease of everyone getting on and off the plane. Our bags arrived at baggage claim about the same time we got there. I would definitely fly with Virgin Atlantic again.

Pros: On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired.
