Cons: The flight was 3 hours delayed - and the captain never told us exactly what was wrong. The boarding lane was a chaos as well - and the tv screens never really worked. Terrible!

Pros: Qatar Airways main service center in Doha was the only competent part of the flight cancellation ordeal.

Cons: Justfly sucks: a bunch of thieves I went on their website to the coronavirus page. The page said that there was a $25-50 fee just to initiate research on my flights options. I did not continue on with a query. The assholes charged my credit card $50. A totally unauthorized charge using credit card info from a previous purchase. I have challenged this to my bank and expect to have the charge refunded. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to Justify scams. Their rotten thieving reflects poorly on Kayak.

Pros: Yes, Crew was amazing and timing was perfect.

Pros: Nothing noteworthy was done well.

Cons: The boarding staff is incompetent resulting in a 2+ hour boarding time. No control or concern for boarding zones, multiple unnecessary and inconsistent ticket checks, and unclear process. If you took 300 toddlers, made 50 of them gate agents and said board an airplane, you would get about the same result. Food and crew in flight were mediocre. Entertainment system in the seat back doesn’t work, shuts off in the middle of films, and is for some reason controlled by the wrong arm rest. I was in the aisle seat, my arm rest control panel did not control anything, but every time my neighbor shifted her arm it changed the volume on my system. Ethiopian airlines is what failure looks like.

Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Pros: A350, very comfortable and quiet. Good crew and pleasant flight

Cons: cabin temperature was a bit too high through the night.

Cons: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Cons: Caboj crew were unfriendly and bordering on being rude. The basic rule of any service is to smile but when you've cabin staff whi look grumpy on a 7h flight that speaks of poor training of cabin staff. Etihad needs to do much better to retain customers on this hot segment.

Cons: The Seats were really old and no new movies

Cons: No screens or headphones on board, you had to download an app on your phone and use your own earphones to watch a very limited amount of films/tv shows. Very tight seats, not reclining enough. It was like being on a low cost flight but for 5 hours. Very uncomfortable.

Pros: Crew members were very helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent and nicely served.

Cons: The lie flat seats were narrow and not very comfortable.
