On the way there the food was not a good Standerd and fly Dubai is very cramped and again the food was not a good Standerd but on the way back food was excellent and staff were very helpful specially a lady which I took time to take her name Maria and another staff which was South African very very polite and helpful i am very sorry that I got her name

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time
There was a delay on departure. Seat configuration is horrible. BA should not fly this confirmation any longer until the new seat conjugation is installed. Your competition is beating you. Food was poor to average. Not many choices. Arrival was delayed at the gate due to another plane being at the gate. You would think after the delay at the departure, BA and ground control would figure out how to ensure you passengers wouldn’t be late and running to their next connection. Overall, BA continues to be very low on satisfaction. If I had an other choice, I would choose another airline.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
On time. Comfortable sats. Clean aircraft. Friendly crew. Good food.
Overall great! They could add more entertainment option. They kept running out of vegetarian food options and I got travel packs. This happened on all legs of the flight. Need to plan for it better - I am sure you have some data analytics from all your travels.
Better service to offer drinks in the middle of the trip
They can improve Everything, a 12 hour flight has just 2 meals and the meals are 7 hours apart, wtf are they thinking. At the very least they should have 2 refreshments like some small snacks with some water or some other refreshments since there are people travelling with medical conditions. The services and seats were genuinely horrible
The British airways from Dallas to London is not great , the food is not good at all but BA from London to Delhi is amazing food is great.
Missing 3 out of 10 checked in bags.Transfers in London and Chicago are chaotic.
It was good. I really liked the breakfast which was served.
