Cons: "The check in process took a long time; longer than other carriers. In spite of so many crew members being there at the gate, there were no announcement of the boarding process. It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."

Very Old flight. I didn’t expect to see this old flight. The entertainment system was very poor for a 15+ hours flight. The staff was amazing and food could is no bad could be better.
Trop from plane to gate at Qatar airport was very long .

The agent forced me to check a normally permitted carryon bag, then the bags took 45 minutes to be placed on the turnstile after the flight. Not an efficient airport."

Short flight. Wonderful crew, snacks and wine (business class). No entertainment but not at all needed on short flight. No negatives.
Horrible they lost my luggage during the connect ! Specifically asked if they can prioritize it because I had Medication and post operation products in it now I am without !
Don’t have wheelchair help at gate in SFO, expecting someone on arrival can help to get wheelchair to transport me to the baggage claim area.
First of all, when I booked it shows one Bag 23kg included and when I checked in I have to pay for, that's called crooks! Secondly, seat like riding in a bus all night can't move much, no recliner. Food, boring salsa/ chicken!!! I asked some milk I guess they gave me an old dated I hardly reach the $@% all day I had stomach ake, thought was Covid back...
