These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.
Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

Premium economy more comfortable than economy, but not by much. Did was awful, do not try the omelette. Flight crew were helpful. Flight was delayed by over an hour. Overall but bad, arrived safely and thank God.

Delay, after delay, after delay. It was hard as an adult travelling alone. I felt bad for the families with young children to entertain for several hours. Agents and crew performed to their usual good standard. Air Canada, never again.
One of the Male serving crew was very rude and not helpful. Whenever asked Hot water to drink, dismissed the call and asked to come at back and take it on our own.
Was not sent a link to check in online. Tried to check in online using website. Site didn’t work. Called support line, was told it often didn’t work. Went to counter at airport to check bags and get boarding passes. Had to stand in a lineup. They were unable to tell me how much to pay. Had to take a paper to another counter, took a long time to be told what I owed. I fondly remember the days of checking in online, getting my boarding pass digitally, paying for my luggage on line, scanning my passport at the airport to get my luggage tags, and putting my luggage on the conveyor. Easy peasy. Air Canada has really taken a step back in time, and made what was an easy check in experience to one that seemed unduly long and frustrating.

Great flights. 90 minute departure delay for maintenance issues, not a great start but, afer that very good. Didn't pay extra for seats and lucked into a window and an aisle seat. Price was excellent at the super low economy level.
The ground staff was so rude in Toronto airport ...very rude and did not answer simple questions, and made me look like a fool. Very rude ground staff.
My flight got delayed 5 times and then got cancelled eventually, I had to get a hotel and uber and pay for food for an extra night without any plans. It was a horrible experience, instead of Air Canada, I was flying with United .
Service is pretty good. Sandwiches have to be purchased but I’ve bought my own food. Seat was comfortable and various movies to chose from.
My experience with Air Canada has been horrendous. My first flight was delayed 6 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight thus extending my stay at the next airport for 15 hours because it made me miss my connecting flight. They also added another flight to my trip adding more time to it. Overal my flight duration which should have been 15-16 hours to return home has been increased to 33+ hours and the only thing I was given was a 10 dollar food voucher. Talk about a spit in the face. Air Canada is Probabaly the worst airline I have ever been on. I hope no one ever experience this. I am still waiting to get home and another one of my flight is delayed. I am here fearing that I might miss my other connecting flight that they added to my trip and thus adding more time to my trip.
From HYD to FRA - plane (787-9) seating in economy was so terribly cramped. There were tons of empty seats but we were ordered (by Lufthansa's crew) that we cannot change seats even after we reached cruising altitude, ostensibly because of "safety reasons". So what could've been a nicer experience was totally soured. Food was good. Flight was punctual. From FRA to LHR - for some strange reason ("totally full flight") they asked us to check in our cabin bag! We told them that there were medicines and delicate items inside al we'd like to keep it with us in the cabin. Then they VERY rudely *ordered* is to unload our delicate items and meds and the. Check in the bag. We complied. On the way into the plane we saw many others (whites, of course!) rolling in similar bags happily into the plane. This, this leg of the trip was completely ruined for us by Lufthansa's crew. Bottom line: I am never traveling Lufthansa again!
Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!

Flight was delayed over one hour and I had to pay to select my seat, even though my booking supposedly had free selection (I paid extra for this at time of booking)

The crew was fantastic. They were always there when we needed them. No wifi on an 11 hour flight was a bummer. The entertainment onboard was boring.
Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.
Experience was bad. In business class, they ran out of food choices. Luggage was delayed by 2 days in both to and fro flights, ground staff was not helpful, took 3 hours to log the complaint for missing luggage.
Staff except one has poor attitude. No cabin crew seen for several hours during the flight in business class. It felt like I was traveling in economy Drinks bad in business class Flight was late for no obvious reasen and I missed my flight to Miami I was put in a 3 star hotel in London although I was traveling in business class. Boston → London: A Surprisingly Poor Start My journey began on a disappointing note. On a 6-hour Business Class flight, I was surprised to discover that there wasn’t a single proper vegetarian meal option available. I was offered a few bakery items only after repeatedly requesting something to eat. The flight attendant shrugged, offered no solution, and eventually — quite literally — threw some bread at me after much delay. This was not only disheartening, it was extremely surprising given my wonderful Business Class experience with BA last year. I stepped off that flight genuinely hungry and had to make a mad dash to the lounge just to get a proper meal. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.
For a business class ticket the service was very mediocre. We had to ask for coffee after a meal and the service was grudging like we were putting them out. The leg from BOM to LHR was especially bad and the toilets had no water. It was disgusting. Looks like self service is the new model for Business Class. No Thank you. I will look elsewhere
I noticed the crew was so much nicer and friendlier. It would be nice if British Airways would serve soft drinks during the flight
I am a 25+ years American Airlines member. British Airways is simply above and beyond in every customer satisfaction category.
The airport experience at check-in, just to drop a bag, was horrible. The were two agents working, two watching. We stood in line for just short of one hour. I asked the agent if this were normal and he said, "Well, yes. Just two computer terminals." No apologies. BA needs to fix this ASAP. Meanwhile, I've moved BA to the very bottom of my booking list.
I was sleeping during dinner service, no one bothered to offer meal later, I remained hungry….until I got a morning sandwich!
Flight has no entertainment. Crew doesn't care atall. Horrible service and never going to take Air india and will spread their Horrible service.

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.

Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.
Flight crew was lovely. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. The handsets in business class for watching the entertainment are horrible. Very difficult to figure out which buttons are for what. I managed to get the flight maps on my screen but it wasn't easy. Never got anything else up.
