Cons: Ground crew in Paris failed to put our luggage on plane to Amsterdam. Also, plane was delayed about 40 minutes because of Amsterdam air traffic. Captain was very apologetic to the passengers.
Pros: Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.

The water was not draining in the sink, there was no toilet paper, and the garbage bin was overflown. The flight attendants were unfriendly. There is not enough space provided for writing.

Cons: Our experience with air canada was horrible as nowhere in the ticket was mentioned that Indian residents would need a transit visa to even just change gates in Canada . My parents being senior citizen were not allowed to board and we had to cancel the tickets last minute . The customer support was horrible as we had to wait for 30 mins in phone to talk to an agent to get the tickets cancelled before flight departs and were penalized 400$ cancel fee ! Never ever would we purchase this airline even had no other choice .
Cons: A wheel chair was asked for and confirmed Bu aircanada for my mum who has really bad arthritis in her knees and was nowhere to be had!!
Pros: We have been using Premium Economy on various airlines I’ve the last several years for our frequent travel between the USA and destinations in Europe and Asia. The Air Canada experience was one of the very best (along with Lufthansa). The entertainment system was superior, food was great, service was attentive and comfort was as anticipated. The availability of power for iPads and computers was more than sufficient. I’m sure that a lot of the satisfaction came from flying on a Dreamliner but Air Canada is still at the top in our minds (and future plans).
Cons: The only complaint would be that the cabin was quite cold on our return trip. I could have been better prepared myself so I need to take most of the blame. The cabin crew did take steps to adjust the temperature but it would be unreasonable to expect the aircraft to meet the comfort expectations of every passenger. Next time I will just bring a light weight hoodie.

Pros: Both of us being seniors wheel chairs were not provided. Food was not good and even dinner with the fish was not there. They have to reheat fish which took more than 15 minutes.Assistance was not provided to both seniors for carrying luggage on the stairs while boarding the flight for Vancouver
