Find cheap flights from New Delhi to Toronto Island

Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again.

Cons: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Cons: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.

Cons: Seats were so uncomfortable!but love the direct flight eben though it was almost 2 hrs late

Cons: Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time. Lady wasn’t sure if we were going to embark as my son has two surnames. Ticket was matching middle and last name. She had to consult her superior that in front of us sayid it would be ok. Even after that She was challenging him. At the end it was all good. She had a very bad attitude.

Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great

Cons: Were not let off plane after landing for 20 minutes and counting because no ground staff were available to open door to gate.

Pros: Flight delayed. Missed connecting flight

Pros: The crew was amazing, the flight was fast and easy.

Cons: New seats are very cramped.

Cons: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.

Pros: There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation.

Pros: The crew was spot on with there interacting with us passengers and very good doing there job

Pros: The crew that greeted us (and sorted out seats) was excellent.

Cons: We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Cons: The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft.

Pros: seats were pretty cramped in economy

Cons: They missed by special meal once.

Pros: The whole process from check-in to getting luggage was smooth.

Cons: Food wasn't great. It wasn't terrible either but I've had better.

Cons: Eliminate an acceptable two and a half hours delay in take off time due to catering planning issues.

Cons: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Pros: Crew member was grumpy, not friendly and did not give eye contact

Cons: Friendlier service and more organized to get on plane. All zones weren’t called and then announcement came on saying last call. Also not enough room for bags. Crew member was on phone when we arrived to plane. No explanation on why but made me feel uncomfortable about our safety.

Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!

Cons: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Pros: The on-board crew were great. Super friendly and chatty. Almost a WestJet feel instead of the serious aloofness that AC is known for

Cons: The entire HUGE MESS from booking til sitting on our last airplane. The “new reservation” system is a horrible joke. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing so you get completely wrong info and they won’t do anything about it. I’m a wheelchair assist and had to call 6 times to remind them to put it on my ticket even though each time I was shown that it had been added. They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!
