I cancelled my flight in March and have been waiting for 3 months for the refund. Both flights have taken off and returned now and still no refund.

great flights both ways on time both ways.staff(ladies) where great at check-in.

Food was great, I wished there was better options for movies.

One of the Male serving crew was very rude and not helpful. Whenever asked Hot water to drink, dismissed the call and asked to come at back and take it on our own.

I was randomly deplaned in Canada for staff's fault. Terrible experience and caused me a lot of delays.

The flight attendants were lovely - very warm and kind. Really appreciated it.

The Q400 plane is getting old and very noisy. They should allow the quieter jets fly onto the island.

Poor airlines. I paid 2300 dollars for economy ticket from Delhi to Dallas for which I normally pay less than 1000 dolllaes. Flights got delayed passengers where not looked after at all. There was no one to help the connecting passengers. The food in the airlines was stale and bad I will never travel jn air Canada again.

Flight was smooth and on time, seats are cramped and apart from dinner and breakfast, food was scarce, never replaced the consumed items. Attendants just vanished after dinner

Lovely staff for a short flight! Complimentary wine too made me happy.
