I was mislead in the booking thinking I was purchasing via kayak however underpricer was the ticket vendor and I did not have access to seat selection, wifi or the lounge at the airport with my business class ticket for this reason. I did know know these issues were going to occur when I bought the ticket, I was very displeased
Over all good experience. Cabin crew should have been more attentive and the food quality should improve.
Crew from ground is great but the aircraft is small and last 3 rows luggage section was occupied by crew so no space for travelers. Food was OK

Did not provided with option for class upgrade. Staff at gate was not able and willing to accommodate with class upgrade, eather with plenty empty spots in business and first class.
As seems to happen every flight from Toronto to Ottawa we were delayed twice. We try to avoid Toronto when possible.. Denver to Toronto was fine.
Terrible service. Staff kept our passports and were too slow to check us in, web check in was not working and as a result of slow as molasses service we missed our flight and had to be rebooked at 2 am, I was charged for an extra drink and told I’d be refunded. Never received the refund. Very uncomfortable seats, staff are rude and dismissive. Will not be flying with avianca again.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Not great. Missed my connection flight, due to AC issue. We were sitting on the tarmac for 90 mins before taking off.

I did not like the fact that the first leg of our trip from Canada to Nassau was delayed by 3 hours so we missed our connection to London. But yet the follow day our flight never left Canada until about 1:10 the following morning. Only 2 of the 3 persons in my group was issued meal vouchers. We lost a day of sightseeing in London. On the Canada to Nassau London I requested a cup of water which the stewardess shrug me off and never brought it
One of the Male serving crew was very rude and not helpful. Whenever asked Hot water to drink, dismissed the call and asked to come at back and take it on our own.
I was randomly deplaned in Canada for staff's fault. Terrible experience and caused me a lot of delays.
Poor airlines. I paid 2300 dollars for economy ticket from Delhi to Dallas for which I normally pay less than 1000 dolllaes. Flights got delayed passengers where not looked after at all. There was no one to help the connecting passengers. The food in the airlines was stale and bad I will never travel jn air Canada again.
Flight was smooth and on time, seats are cramped and apart from dinner and breakfast, food was scarce, never replaced the consumed items. Attendants just vanished after dinner
The longer flight on our leg back to the US was fine. Boarding was great, we had to stay on the runway for a bit after boarding… they kept it cool uncomfortable.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.
Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

premium economy was comfortable. Service was nice and crew were pleasant. However, mid flight the bathroom was not clean. It would be nice if people learned to clean up after themselves.
It was one of our best flight experiences. The crew was fantastic, the service was top notch with a genuine smile on everyone’s face. Would highly recommend British Airways.
Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. (https://www.tata.com/business/air-india-express). Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.
When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!
I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however
Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.
