Pros: Crew was okay. Light for service at seat did not work so if I needed something I would have to get up to get it.

Pros: On board crew service, and the meal.

Cons: Lot of things: 1. Flight was delayed about 3 hours, 2. Boarding was chaotic, 3. Disembarkation was more chaotic and delayed, 4. Checked bags took about half an hour to reach the belt.

Cons: In-flight wifi and better entertainment.

Cons: TV screens did not work at all. For a 15 hour flight this is the worst thing possible. How do u kill time !!!! Food could have been better. The first meal was so less in quantity. I was so hungry but they didnt have more to give.

Cons: We were placed at an international gate, had to wait for stairs (for the rear of the plane) and then a bus to the terminal. We arrived early but by the time we had waited for steps, bus etc, we were late!

Cons: No assistance to mothers with strollers. While boarding, picked a few people randomly to inspect our bags right before getting on a plane. Held us in a separate room including me who is single mother traveled with 2 year old for 3 flights in the row. My son didnt get his meal. Also had to ask for any juice. Horrible menu. Late food serving, but quick to clean up in a rash. Loud people on phones and nobody stopped them. Horrible experience.

Pros: My trip had two legs, Austin to Heathrow and Heathrow to Riyadh. The crew from Heathrow to Riyadh were great. I wish I could say the same about the crew from Austin to Heathrow.

Cons: Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best.

I watched one film, and that was fine, but immediately after, I could no longer watch anything, even the film I watched previously, and it turned out that something had happened to all of the screens in my central section. Even after rebooting the system, it would not work again.

Pros: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Cons: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Pros: The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks.

Cons: British Airways should at least give out small bottles of water or cookies to soften passengers affinity towards the airline. I did not buy anytjing but was also not served anything. In comparison to low cost carriers, I felt underappreciated.

Cons: Provide power outlets at seats. The remote control provided at the seat isn't at all user-friendly. I finally figured it out, but more people than not would have trouble using it. Also, basic features like turning on/off the reading light or calling a flight attendant shouldn't be on this complicated remote. Finally, the seating in economy plus or whatever this class is called needs to be rethought. (aircraft: Boeing 787)
