Pros: Flight Crew was excellent
Pros: In economy class good enough leg space when compared to other airlines.
Cons: Head phones connections does not work most of the time.
Pros: Crew is amazing with a smile always. It was a new aircraft with nice screens and a good variety of movie selections. Service was excellent as well as the food.
Cons: I was denied checking in a the counter. I bought the ticket with a friends credit card and they needed to have the actual card to swipe and then only they get access to my booking. It is company policy but it is not stated when you are making the purchase the airlines website. It says so on the bottom of the ticket on the page long rules in small print. And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka.
Pros: The staff was very helpings .
Cons: The way they are Waigh the luggage was like weighing gold.

Pros: I love the crew. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible, even though, I'm sure, they have other things to worry about.
Cons: New aircrafts please. So I can charge my tablet or mobile and keep myself entertained. And since we are on entertainment, I think it is time for a review of your selection.
Cons: No wheel chair was provided for my husband and the crew did nothing to get us one. I have complained to the Singapore office and airport no too. My struggled all the way to the taxi stand. As it is he is already an asthma patient. I met the crew at the immigration and they walked away.
Pros: Started on time. Landed on time.
Cons: I’m 6’ tall, and the seats were too short to be comfortable.
Pros: I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious.
Cons: There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad.
Pros: Check-in was easy and smooth.
Cons: Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport .
Cons: My Baggiage is extremely damaged which is so disgusting and there is no way to report it
Pros: Good service
Cons: My bags came last even having priority labels
Pros: The fact that I was not able to fly due to ethiad trying to make extra money was something I will Never forget
Cons: No airline has ever treated me this poorly. I hope this never happens ever again to anyone
