Love the staff
The food was terrible, we paid extra to sit in the first few rows of economy yet only fish left for food so we had no food on the flight

With my wife being disabled the assistance and crew staff were very helpful getting us on and off the plane. My previous experience of virgin although some years ago was a wider choice of meals and food more to my taste.
the entertainment could have been more up to date, with the food not much for vegetarian or vegan.the cabin staff was on point..💯 that why I am a member, the first time I fly with them..
It was good and on time
I am petite and felt very crowded in my economy seat. For others of middle to larger size, it must be dangerous to seat in such quarters.
The seats are angled in upper class a bit uncomfortable and the Tv screen could be larger.
Virgin is head and shoulders above the others, esp the all Welsh cabin crew!
Delayed. Missed connecting and no customer service given at any time.
Seats are generous with good pillows in premium E Aircraft new and spotless
The food provided from LA to London was pretty bad! Much better from London to LA.
Hard to get customer online . Not happy atall will never use kayak again
Great plane and crew…love the Boeing 787
Taxi, and Baggage took way too long
This airplane had no air conditioning while boarding and took way too long to cool us down after boarding : the staff was even wearing neck fans while assisting others. There was not enough food and staff were frustrated under these circumstances
Service and friendliness
The cabin was uncomfortably warm and the seats were very hard. Also my seat was broken and could not be leaned back.
Crew service is good No WiFi , even purchased not good Food is OK Boarding is below average, we have 4 people in a group but we were assigned in the back with different seats. When we asked to change seats we were told the flight was very full and no extra seats available. When we were on the plane we saw lots of empty seats in the middle and front area. Feel gate service desk or Virgin Atlantic need to improve their services.
We departed dead on time. The food was quite poor
In business class I would have like to be offered a steak for dinner.
I had a special meal - vegan! The hot meal was good. However the snack given just before we landed was appalling- a dry bagel with nothing on it! Everything else was good on the flight! The staff were very friendly and welcoming
Prompt, good service.
The flight attendants were very kind and attentive and the food was good. The seats were cramped.
Even after several re-set attempts entertainment system (sound) never worked. Crew provided several perks to compensate and overall did all they could. Announcing gate only one hour before scheduled departure time is inadequate and worrisome in an airport the size of Heathrow. Food was very poor compared to half dozen other international flights I’ve taken this year.
Everything was superb. The music selection is limited and please include some current news which is important for travelling business people.
Excellent service Old plane Poor dinner Decent breakfast
Male crew members were a bit rude and testy and could work on their manners a bit. The woman checking us in was abrupt also....seemed like there was a lot of negative energy on this flight and the entertainment system did not work.

With headquarters and main operating hubs in London, Virgin Atlantic focuses predominantly on long-haul transcontinental flights to North America, Africa, Asia and South America. They also use a secondary hub in Manchester to help manage the load of these services.
The airline is jointly owned by the Virgin Group, Air France-KLM and Delta Air Lines. You can choose between Economy, Premium and Upper Class (their version of Business Class). Premium passengers will be served a glass of champagne upon boarding, while amenity kits featuring beauty creams and aromatherapy sprays are supplied if you have a night-time flight. Enjoy a glass of wine from prominent suppliers Berry Bros & Rudd in Upper Class, along with hot and cold meals served on designer plates and cutlery. Upper Class is the only section with seats that fully recline to a flat bed.
Virgin Atlantic chooses to use exclusively Airbus and Boeing aircraft, with a fondness for wide-body planes that are capable of flying long distances. Models such as the Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 are some of the most common. A distinctive red tail emblazoned with the airline’s logo can be spotted from a distance. All of the aircraft have feminine names like Queen Of Hearts and Mamma Mia.
