The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.
As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.

There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Crew were professional and kind. The flight was smooth. But... The internet, which we paid 35 dollars for, did not work for most of the flight. This made providing media for our child an uncomfortable hassle.
As always, most AA flights that we fly are almost ALWAYS delayed and that too multiple times. Very frustrating

I had requested wheelchair assistance for my mother due to her knee issues, and the team went above and beyond every step of the way—from boarding in Boston to our arrival in Chicago. Their care, professionalism, and attentiveness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the support they provided.
Incredibly delayed. First delay was due to plane coming in being late. Resulted in 30 minute delay. Boarded and then had multiple mechanical issues. Was on plane for an hour until they told people they could get off if they wanted but couldn't come back. Then gate agent rushed in and said they had lost control of who went off and we would all have to deplane and then get back on. They said flight had not been cancelled. Then while sitting waiting to board again they announced it would take two hours to get new plane and to wait at new gate. New plane arrived, reboarded only to find out that pilots had timed out. Waited for new pilots. In that time one of the flight attendants timed out. Never received food or water while waiting. Was confusing mess as to what was happening. Even flight attendants and gate agents were getting frustrated. Almost 6 hours delayed. Called American to received flight credit but can't get anywhere as Kayak reservation and don't have a ticket number. Reached out to Kayak but never heard back.
Boarding was quick and efficient. We arrived at our destination early.
The business steward was absolutely amazing! Smiles and kindness! Wish all AA flights are like this one!
Everything smooth. The only thing is that my connecting flight in the US to my final destination was delayed. The time changed 4 times. For the rest, everything on time without issues
Experience was great. The best part is the free Wi-Fi connection which helps me to work on the flight
